Smart Feeder Sham
By SmartFeeder on Jun 30, 2020
There is no support with this smart feeder. I own three, all with different problems but no one from Petnet has ever contacted me despite many inquiries. Now they are talking about a monthly/yearly service charge. Be aware!!!!

Great feeder, wish it was still available
By LeosFeeder on Jan 13, 2019
This is a great feeder. Petnet has recently 'updated' it to a new model which generally is much worse. If you were lucky enough to snag one of these, then you are lucky! This thing is wonderful!

Great Product!
By Kyle on Jan 23, 2018
This is the greatest invention ever! Easily connects to your smart phone and give you helpful food reviews. I can trust that my cat is being fed the proper amounts at the proper times and her diet is regulated while I am away, and I get a confirmation alert every time she is fed. The product worked great even before the free food ramp was delivered, but the ramp helps even more nonetheless! The cat was skeptical and startled the first few times the feeder dispensed food, but now she runs to the bowl every time she hears it dispensing. Highly recommend this feeder!

it doesn’t work
By Catbird on Jan 20, 2018
I’m using a new ipad pro and iPhone. everyday it tells me "failed to feed" my pet but I saw it was feeding my pet once in front of me and still said "failed". I can't know now if it's really feeding my pet or not. I'm using the newest version, food is enough in the feeder, wifi is ok and the plate is on, and power connection is ok too. I hope they could help me but I was told to re-download app..

Do not purchase/should not have 1 star
By Tracyndev on Jan 18, 2018
Continually says not charging but plugged in and checked/verified. Cannot connect to WiFi. Two weeks of calling support line at different times of day with only a recording to leave a message. Left 2 messages without a return call. Chewey is amazing..but this product sucks. Find another feeder.

Unable to Use
By Kenna on Jan 12, 2018
After multiple attempts, and even after speaking with PetNet, I was not able to get this feeder to connect to my internet so I was unable to use it. I even spoke to my internet provider and they advised I have the appropriate requirements PetNet was saying is needed, but it still didn’t work.

Could be great but.....
By flyfloats on Dec 18, 2017
Here’s an app connected to a dog feeder that has the potential to be spectacular—but it’s not. The feeder jams quite frequently, which is generally caused by an automatic feeding occurring when the previous one was not eaten. The slope of the storage container needs to be increased into a larger bowl. My dog is not always available for feeding because I’ve taken him out or fed him elsewhere, which jams the mechanism and sends me an internet warning. This is almost a daily occurrence! The app requires a sign-in every day using a password. It doesn’t use facial or thumbprint recognition from an iPhone and doesn’t remember who you are on the device you’re using. In fact this will be a one star rating if phone support hadn’t been outstanding! … more

Wonderful Product!!
By Paratrp27 on Nov 30, 2017
This is the product most of us hope to buy when purchasing an automatic feeder. I would consider it the iPhone of automatic feeders with its stylish look and fantastic engineering. My only issue was with the type of food I am using the food chute was not quite steep enough to have all the food slide down, but they sent me an email soon after I purchased it offering me a free ramp that makes the food chute even steeper for those with this problem. That is the mark of an excellent company in my opinion, standing by their product and offering free fixes for any know issues, not making us purchase it as an option after the fact or just fixing it in the second generation and just not worrying about This is the product most of us hope to buy when purchasing an automatic feeder.
