Didn't work
The toothbrush never operated with batteries so it's just a defective over priced toothbrush
Only worked for a few days
It is a great idea but unfortunately it has design flaws that make it unusable. I believe it only worked for less than a week. I believe water got into it and also the switch broke.
Not very durable
I just purchased this (as an upgrade from the regular cheap brushes) for my 30 lb whippet. It was bit in half on the second use lol - he isn’t a big chewer, it seemed a little brittle. Love the double heads, just not durable enough to last ): Sadly wouldn’t recommend...maybe the not-electric version is a little tougher??
this works!
recommended by my Jack Russell's birth family, I bought this for tarter. the double sided brush works great. he was used to manual brushing. just cradle in lap on chair, apply paste and press button while you move from tooth to tooth. I waited a few weeks to review and can see a difference already
Unfortunately a wasted purchase
Well, this product was pretty bad. It's defective. We purchased brand new batteries for it, and first we put them in as the instructions said. No luck. So then, we tried putting them in backward, upside down, every possibly configuration, and the device never would turn on when we pushed the on button. On top of that, the body of the sonic toothbrush is incredibly cheap and pliable plastic, like the kind you'd see on vending machine toys. it would not last. The quality was all-around terrible so we had to return it. We are grateful to Chewy for being so helpful during the refund process.
Too Big, Doesn’t work correctly
Both the large and small heads were too big to fit in my dogs mouth making the toothbrush useless. It also just vibrates the handle of the toothbrush, the brushes don’t actually move at all like a human electric toothbrush does. I’ve used human kids electric toothbrushes for my dogs before, I’ll just go back to those.
Great upgrade
Your pet has to be use to having their teeth brushed otherwise this toothbrush will have them surprised since it vibrates in their mouth. Both of my dogs don't mind this at all.

This makes brushing your dogs teeth a snap . Very quite and thorough.
This is not silent; it is loud
This is not silent nor is it gentle; it is louder than my Oral B toothbrush; on/off does not work. Attempted to contact the company curious if the one received is faulty; they did not respond.
Great toothbrush
Anyone who takes time to brush their dogs teeth knows how laborious it can be. The shape really helped to get to the hard to reach spots in the back. I will defiantly keep using this brush. I could see how effectively it removes surface stains thus preventing plaque build up.
