    damaged upon receiving

By desi on Feb 20, 2020

This raised bowl set had a nice aesthetic but when I received it in the mail, the left legs bar was heavily bent inward which caused it to be unstable. The description says 8 cup capacity but the sticker on the bowl when you get it says 6.5 cups and if you scoop out to measure, it’s definitely 6.5. This wasn’t a huge deal to me but might be an issue for owners with larger breed dogs that need big bowls to hold more food. I’m normally highly satisfied with every chewy purchase but this one let me down. :(

    Sizing....

    By karyn5 on Jan 21, 2020

Writing in hopes it will help some with sizing.... I purchase the large 8 cup feeder. The specifications state each bowl holds 4 cups (so a total of both bowls would be 8 cups). However in the Q&A section someone asked about sizing and chewy rep said the large 8 cup would hold 8 cups EACH (total 16 cups for both bowls). Now when I got it it had a big label on it saying 6.5 cups so I took out measuring cup and sure enough each bowl in the "large 8 cup" holds 6.5 cups (total 13 cups for both bowls).

    Misleading description

By Mikey on Dec 4, 2019

It said 2 cup capacity. I interpreted it as each bowl was 2 cups. Its one cup capacity each bowl. Now i have to return it but dont trust this product description.
