Questions & Answers

8 Customer Questions

Will this collar fit a mastiff 26" neck? She is still growing.
Answer by ChewySep 23, 2018
To get the most accurate size collar for your furry best friend, measure the center of their neck a with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a tape measure, you can also use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there’s enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pup’s neck. We recommend if you have a toy breed or small dog, add an inch to the neck measurement. For medium and large dogs, add two inches to the neck measurement.

I bought 2 of these for my Doodles. I just wish it was wider. Does manufacturer make a wider version of this collar?
Answer by ChewyJul 23, 2018
The width of these collars is based upon the length, as it gets bigger to fit a larger neck size, the collar will be wider.

Is this considered a “breakaway” collar?
Answer by ChewyFeb 13, 2020
This collar is not breakaway and will snap and lock in place.

how wide is a Med in this collar?
Answer by ChewyNov 18, 2019
The Small collar measures approximately 3/8 inches wide, the Medium collar measures approximately 5/8 inches wide and the Large collar measures approximately 1 inch wide.

Looks great-breaks quickly

Bought this for my German shepherd. Love the way it looks. Unfortunately the adjusting buckle broke within 1 1/2 months.

Great lightweight collat

This collar is perfect for my seven pound yorkie. It’s lightweight and has extra room should he gain any weight.

Looks are deceiving

It looks more like a cat collar rather than a dog collar

Nice Quality

Very good quality. We got it for a pitbull so it’s important to have good collars in case he pulls on it. The XL was huge when it came but went down to the right size easily.

Poor condition

So sad we couldn’t use this collar as it was sent to us in poor condition. It was not sewn properly and was coming apart at the seams.
