To select the most accurate size collar for your pet, measure the center of their neck with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the cloth tape measure snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there’s enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pet’s neck for comfort.

I love this site but this time im upset

I got two Steelers Collars from this site one for my dog and one for my cat. My dogs collar looks like it has been cut there are strings hanging from every which way it just looks horrible but my cats collar is perfect. I would like a new collar honestly or but if the company is not willing to do that then i will gladly take a refund. I have two cats and a dos and i have became very fond of this website and plan to order much more so hopefully we can fixed this. I spent quite a good amount this time around 100$. I also posted a picture so the company can see for itself.

Snapped clasp

Within days of receiving this collar my dog broke free because the plastic clasp broke. I would not purchase this item for a large dog even though it says it is made for one.

Way too small for a yorkie. A refund is needed. The width of the collar is super thin too. This should have been labeled as XS not small.
