I haven't tried this kind, however the natural color that uber has is amazing bedding that works wonders for my bunny. she is very cautious around noise so she hops in and out often. I normally use different bedding however the one I was using gets stuck to the hairs on her butt and goes all over the house. I love my rabbit but the mess was unacceptable so I am going to give this lavender uber a try though I WISH Chewy carried the natural colored uber because colorful bedding in my opinion looks tacky. Plus anything with scent isn't good for small pets. (I gave 4 stars because I recommend uber as a brand because it's not super dusty and it doesn't go all over my house)

Inferior Bedding

This bedding was purchased because the big brand was unavailable. It does not cover the cage as well and it does not expand as well as the other brand. It in no way smells like lavender, but there are purple pieces of paper, if that makes your pets happy/calm.

Acceptable in a Pinch

I bought this because our regular brand was out of stock. The texture is different, but it did the job and kept the odor down. While I will still prefer my normal brand, will favor this as a back up as needed for sure.
