I see how to measure the dog, but I don't see what size she would be. Where can I see the complete size chart?

The sizing chart may be located by clicking the “Size” tab, on the product page. To select the best size we recommend that you measure your dog's chest girth (circumference) and neck girth (circumference). To measure the chest girth you'll measure around the broadest part of the rib-cage behind the front legs and to measure for the neck girth you'll measure at the broadest part of the neck. If the dog happens to be in between sizes, it's then recommended to select the bigger size.
Car restraint: how does it work and what does it look like? Wish there were a photo to see how it attaches in the car. Thank you in advance!

The car restraint clips onto the buckle near the back of the harness and attaches to most standard seatbelt attachments. You can view photos of the car harness in action on the product page by clicking the icons to the left of the main photo.
Would this be good for a dog that likes to pull? I'm looking for something that's helps with training and no pull. My dog gets to excited around other dogs too! Would this help? Thanks

This harness is great for dogs that like to pull on walks.
Does this harness make his fur turn blackish? The one I have now does & I'd like to have one that doesn't make him look dirty a wk aft his bath:) GrannyInTN.

The color/dye of the harness should not stain the pets fur/coat.

Quality has really declined

This was my second time purchasing the harness. It works well while it lasts which is not very long. In just a couple months the material became so twisted at the metal rings that it is unusable. It also seems they are making the plastic clips thinner and less sturdy. I called the manufacturer as they claim that they will replace the harness for a "small fee". Well, that fee is only $5 less than what I paid for it at Chewy, so not worth it.

Clip is rusting and giving chafing soars on the neck!

We bought this harness when my dog was a puppy, and it was great as a first harness. We switched to a ruffwear harness because it was a sturdier harness when he grew out of it, and loved that harness as well. The ruffwear is a bit hot for the summer, so we bought this harness again in a larger size. The harness is giving him chafing soars on the back of his neck, and the front clip is already rusting. It's only been a couple of weeks. He wears this harness to the beach. It could be the saltwater on the clip, but the chafing is a huge bummer!

Prevents from pulling

I got this specific harness to discourage my Frenchie from pulling and to have a good distance between the neck and chest straps to avoid armpit rubs. I was really surprised at how fast it worked. Immediately after putting it on her and clipping the leash to the front she stopped pulling and walked like a well behaved dog! The cons are my dog seems to be between sizes. The medium looked huuuge when I took it out of the box. she Has a 25" chest and skinny neck. I can make it work at the shortest adjustment but is pretty bulky and heavy for her. The neck part is a bit loose at the shortest adjustment. I think small may have been better.

fitting is not as advertised with package measur

I ordered one each of these in the medium and large. I really like the design with the front and back clips for my dogs who do tend to pull too often. They seem well made however I would prefer a metal clips to the plastic clips that they opted to use on these. My main problem is that the sizing was just wrong for my dogs. I understand it must be difficult to make something that fits the shape of a variety of dog breeds but I had trouble with I had trouble with fitting both dogs even using the provided measurements. I ordered both a medium and a large. For both of these my dogs were at the bottom of the neck range. With the large even though I tightened it to the smallest size it was still several inches too big on my dogs neck. The medium, while a bit loose around the dogs neck was not as far off in measurement as large. While there is some overlap in the sizing provided going down to from the large to a medium does not work for my dog because the medium simply wouldn’t go around the girth. The medium I was able to make the girth fit fairly well on the dog it was purchased for. However this left still a slight neck gap plus a problem with the chest strap. The chest strap tightened to its shortest length was still too long and hung away from the dogs chest, it would not fit close the way it is meant to in the fitting instructions. Unfortunately, these were not what I was hoping for and I don’t believe they fit properly based on the measurements provided.

Doesn’t fit but great service

This harness is very well made but unfortunately didn’t work out for our little girl. Chewy is such a great company and really does focus on the well being of our pets. They credited our account and suggested we donate the harness. So we will donate it to the rescue we got our sweet little girl. Thanks Chewy!!

Almost perfect

We’ve had the same “gentle leader” harnesses for the life of our two senior dogs but we finally had to admit they’d seen better days. It was nearly impossible to find something similar that has the hook for the leash on the back instead of the chest. Finally found this one and it’s pretty darn close to the original except the fit is not perfect. Both our dogs are on the longer side but still only ~ 40 pounds. The small worked great for our slightly smaller dog but was too small for our bigger dog, yet the medium is a little on the big side. Sags on his underside and we have tightened it as far as it will go. When the dogs start to pull, the harness accordions around their neck. They love that we no longer have to put the harness over their heads! The seat belt feature is great and eliminated a separate car harness, but the little leash that comes with it for getting in and out of the car is ridiculously short. Finally, the teal looks like more of a green than seafoam. Both our dogs are male but we wanted different colors so I was pleased.

Runs a little big

Got this to try a harness that doesn't go over the head. Only had it for a week so far, but I like it. Dog still isn't a fan, but the front clip is a necessity for our walks. The neck loop runs a little big and one side has a limit to how far it tightens. So if you need to tighten it past that point, one side becomes shorter than the other and the center pieces become crooked.

Works great!

I have a couple of other harnesses ,but she always fights when I put them on her. This one is perfect, nothing over her head, I don't have to fight to get her step in it, this just clicks together. No fussing, no more fights to get it on. I love it! Parker likes it too, doesn't bother her to wear it, and she acts happier walking in this than just her collar. Also like that traffic can see us better.

Slightly difficult to put on

Dog hates it (he hates anything more than a collar), but it keeps him from choking himself when he pulls and it gives me better leash control. There's a bit of a learning curve in getting this on your dog, but fortunately there is some helpful labeling on the straps. Ordered a small and it's just a touch loose and difficult to tighten up the last bit needed. Can't speak on the reflective qualities as we haven't been out when it's dark, but it's a nice, bright color. The top strap of the harness also works as a seatbelt attachment and the harness comes with a tether (a bit flimsy, imo, so I use a sturdier one I already had).

Nice Harness

The harness is highly adjustable and is a breeze to put on the dog once you've figured out the snapping order. My only concern is that this harness was not auto crash tested.
