Fun, but doesn't last
By Sandy on Feb 16, 2021
Pros: * My cat loves this toy and it's great to see her running around and chasing it. * It's also cool that because I'm not holding it, I can pretend to try to catch the dot too which gets my cat even more into it. * Finally a laser toy that doesn't aggravate my wrist injury because I don't have to continually press the button down. Cons: * Within weeks of its arrival, the laser dot has become so faint that it is hard to see. Replacing the batteries did not fix this, and my cat is much less into it now. * The part that spins makes a really annoying grinding sound. In all, its short life means I can't recommend it.

Best purchase of 2021
By Shley on Feb 9, 2021
My cat is too smart for her own good! We started using her laser pointer when she was getting super naughty during they day, like climbing on things she shouldn’t, attacking plants and whatever else she could think of to get attention! Then she realized oh if I jump on the tv or this plant I get to play my favorite game!! She was addicted! I saw this and bought it right away, mostly to save my poor hand from pain of pressing that button for 20 minutes or more! Now we have a time that it gets turned on and never when she’s being naughty! It’s a greasy product, stock up on batteries!

laser doesn’t function
By defective on Feb 8, 2021
I bought this a couple weeks ago and was excited to try it out. Immediately opened it and discarded packaging, then noticed it takes 4 AA batteries. I didn’t have that many, so I had to get more. Recycled packaging. Then got more batteries, and the thing turns on but there’s no laser! The motor runs and the little thing moves, but the laser doesn’t come on. Batteries are brand new, so the device is just defective. And since the packaging is gone, I can’t return it. Really bummed, like $18 down the drain.

Toy is garbage
By Samuel on Jan 25, 2021
Toy is garbage, it moves way too fast and projects onto your walls, The mirror does not correctly angle to actually project on the floor at all times. It moves the same speed when it's aiming far away as it does when it's close therefore leading to it moving super fast and actually drawing like circular lines on the floor. Save yourself some money and do not buy this The original version from a few years ago was so much better it moved a lot slower and its mere angle towards the floor almost exclusively.

15 minutes of fun!
By Laser on Feb 19, 2021
My kittens really enjoy this toy. It lasts for 15 minutes and they run all over the place trying to catch the light. The only downfall is that it's not automated. I have to press the button to make it work. I know there are others that are automated but for the price and enjoyment of my cats, its a good deal.

Save your money on this toy
By AngieS on Jan 30, 2021
I purchased this thinking I wouldn't have to sit and press the mouse kind all the time. It was going to be used to entertain my cat while I was busy doing other tasks. The light is intermittent and very pale, and he was more entertained by the buzzing sound it made. No matter which way the mirror was pointed to bounce the light off, it never worked correctly. I wish I could return, this toy was a miss for my cat.

Laser Active
By Joanybony on Feb 16, 2021
My cat was told she was over weight. Her Vet said get a laser toy to help her get some exercise. She loves this toy. She doesn’t run and chase the whole 15 minutes but she tries for half or less of the time and she loves when I turn it on. She comes running. Good job Millie and Chewy!

Highly Recommend for a Household with Cats
By Sharon on Feb 18, 2021
I highly recommend this item for your cat. It is constantly moving and keeps them entertained and intrigued for hours. The laser moves around and keeps my fur baby happy. I have 4 cats and trust me it was well worth the investment! It was so amazing I bought another one!

Yes, but watch them when you use it
By WendyD on Jan 7, 2021
A laser I don’t have to hold? Fantastic! It goes a pretty long time and they like it, but some of them are extremely stupid and gaze into it. Not good for the eyes! Cats who stare into the laser instead of on the floor don’t get to play with it on automatic. Pay attention if you buy it to see what kind of cat you’ve got. Even if you have the dumb kind and have to use it manually, you can. Set it to steady beam, hold it and aim wherever you want. It hurts your hand much less than the button type you have to hold down. Needless to say, it works better with the lights down or out.

Should Have Gotten Sooner
By Malef on Jan 10, 2021
My cat likes the hand operated laser, but doesn’t always chase after it very much. I bought this because the vet said she needed to lose weight and she hasn’t been moving as much since we moved into a much smaller apartment. I am shocked at how much she loves this thing! Still doesn’t chase it a ton lol, but she chirps at it and watches it intently. Huge plus that it’s battery operated and I can put it wherever, also that 15 minute set time is really nice. I hesitated on buying this, but now I wish I would’ve got it sooner.
