One 85 lb lab is getting older but loves to be on the bed. She used the stairs a couple times and only with a whole lot of coercion. I understand her hesitancy. They are not sturdy enough for her to walk up and (especially) down. It’s the equivalent of an adult attempting to stand on a child’s plastic stool. Flimsy is scary!
It’s also very bulky. I’m not sure how easy it is to store it under the bed. It looks like I have to take it apart every time. The thick plastic connectors will make that hard to do.
I can’t return it because I don’t have the box anymore and it will be a definite hassle, otherwise I definitely would. So, commit to keeping it if you try it.
Working well now, took some getting used to

These stairs have helped our 10 YO, 40 lb mutt get on our tall bed. They are sturdy but the plastic makes a kind of hollow sound when they go up/down so my dog was scared at first (he is also afraid of ipads and the vacuum so he's weird). But many practice sessions and lots of treats helped and now he uses them all the time! I would give 5 stars but I think thicker padding on the stairs would help the noise,
Our older cat LOVES this

Our older cat has a neurological issue that affects his rear legs and he struggles to walk sometimes. Jumping is out of the question. We had been using an older set of steps that were steeper and shorter and he did ok with them but when we replaced them with this one - taller and a longer stretch making it less steep, he almost bounded up them. The carpet gives him something to grip as well. Five stars for sure!

Bought the stairs to help my arthritic 12 year old get up on the bed, she’s a big tall 70 # dog and the stairs aren’t the right height or distance making it extremely awkward for a bigger dog to climb they’re too narrow and close together. Stairs are really easy to set up and sturdy but just don’t work or designed to accommodate for a big dog. They’d be great for a small or medium sized dog and great for cats.

I purchased this for my senior cat. She enjoys spending time with us on the couch but was struggling to make the jump. The CozyUp stairs are light weight but sturdy. They easily fold up when not needed. The height and pitch of the steps is perfect for her. She quickly took to using them. The CozyUp steps gives her her dignity back! She can come and go as she likes with out needing our help. Great buy!
dog gets on bed without me lifting her up.

I wasn't sure if I could train my little dog to climb the stairs but it did not take but a short time for her to understand . I put treats on several on the steps and she climbed until she got all the treats. each day I lowered the amount of treats and she went up anyway. hopefully She will learn how to walk down. This helps me a great deal as I have a issue with picking her up and putting her on the bed.
Works great for my cat

My cat started to have issues jumping on the high counter where he likes to sit so I didn't want him to get hurt. I bought these steps and he learned to use them within a day, he uses the stairs all the time. This is one of the best purchases I have made for my sweet cat.
She likes it!

Have a dog that's getting older. She has a hard time jumping gracefully onto the bed. I was hesitant to get these stairs thinking she wouldn't take to them.
However, she uses them to get up. I have noticed she has some difficulty getting down on them. They seem a bit to steep for her.
I like how they easily told and fit under the bed. The color could be better but overall they do the job well and our dog action uses them!
Not for our babies.

We tried everything to get our babies to use the ladder to get into bed. None of our four small dogs will use it. I think the slippery plastic scares them. Not a good investment for dogs that are grown. Maybe smaller dogs will. I bought this mainly for my pug and his hips as he is getting older. Figured if he didn’t use it some of them would. Nope...it’s still setting by my bed and all my babies refuse to use it.

SUPER Easy to set up, no major assembly required. Looks just like photo. Durable and folds up nicely for storage. The product is great. Now I just have to figure out the way for my elderly Audrey to figure out what they are as she is afraid of them. Any replies (if possible) on how to do that?
I would recommend this item to a friend and others.
