While these stairs are designed to be stable, they do not feature non-slip material on the bottom of the stairs.
Can these stairs be used outdoors to help a dog get into and out of a vehicle?

While these can be used outdoors to help your pet in and out of your vehicle, we recommend storing it when not in use. These stairs aren't intended to be left outside and can be folded flat for convenient storage and transportation.
Since this folds flat, how much clearance is necessary for storage under the bed?

The Large stairs measure 5.9 inches high and the X-Large stairs are 6.9 inches high, when folded flat for storage.

Awesome Product

I purchased this so that my grandchildren could get into a antique bed. Looks and safety were my number one concern. I went to 15 furniture stores and found nothing. Chewy, you made me so very happy. It completed this room! The product is especially nice and very safe.

Good looking stairs, but my dog disagrees.

I bought the stairs for my dog, who at age 14 might have been having trouble jumping onto my bed. She doesn't like them and avoids them. My cat, however thinks they're fine.

disappointing quality for price

Had the stairs less than 2 months before my 35lb dog managed to loosen the top step to the point of falling off. Disappointed in quality for the price of these stairs.

CozyUp Foldable Wooden Cat &Dog Stairs

None of my three dogs would use this product. The material on the steps provided no grip for their claws for them to climb up the the stairs. I had to install strips of carpet material on the steps before they would use it !!!!!!!

probably ok for smaller dogs

It's nicely made for what you pay, but the stairs are too small for my 60lb Aussie. While I can get her to use it with treats, other than that she avoids it. Sending it back. I think for smaller / medium sized dogs (but not tiny dogs) it would be fine. It is easy to collapse and put under the bed and looks a lot nicer than the big fake carpeted ones that don't collapse.

Pending....

Still trying to get our girl to use them regularly. The depth of the steps really should be deeper than these offer. We're going to give it a few more weeks to decide whether or not to keep them. We also had to add rubber feet to the bottom as they slide around on vinyl flooring.

Quality and price spot on

These steps are like a great piece of furniture that was shipped in the best and sturdy packing They are built very well and I would highly recommend. My dog is a senior doxie with issues with his back legs. It took a while to build up confidence.

Broke withe 48 hours

Bought for 67lb Heeler x Aussie. The top step broke within 2 days, detaching from the top. I was able to fix it with wood glue.

good dog steps

I have been very pleased with these steps. Sturdy for my 15 lb dog. Safer way for her to get on the bed. I like that they are collapsible so that I can travel with them, if needed.

Love, love, love!

These stairs are sturdy. The folding legs lock in place. I have a very high platform bed and I bought this for my 16 year old cat with arthritis. She caught on quickly. The wood matches my bed perfectly and now the plan is to get a second set of stairs to put back to back with the first set, flush with the footboard so she won't step down to the top stair and jump off the back. Very happy with the purchase!
