satisfied customer

I'm very happy with Petsafe Cozyup Wooden cat stairs. They are the right size & very sturdy. My cat loved them as soon as I assembled them.

I never write reviews

I'm not sure I've ever written a review but this product ABSOLUTELY warrants one. I have two aging English bulldogs. I bought the three step one a few years ago for the bed which is quite high. I recently noticed that my 12 year old was starting to have trouble getting on the couch. I actually bought a different brand 2 step and she hated it and I returned it after a day (different vendor) and replaced it with this 2 step. It is working wonderfully except when she gets her bulldog attitude and decides she doesn't need to use them. Shipped VERY quickly and very straightforward to put together. Extremely sturdy and they look good too. I highly recommend these steps in either size. (Also , bonus my 14 year old cat loves them - I haven't seen him jump on or off the bed since I got the tall ones a few years ago).

Sturdy dog steps

Super easy to assemble. My baby is still a bit afraid but with some more training I think using the steps will be second nature for her.

Works well, a little overpriced

I purchased this because I have a thick mattress and my dog has been having trouble getting on the bed. The steps are very sturdy and easy to put together and she learned to use it within one day. The only reason I took off one star was because, for what it is, I think it is somewhat overpriced. It's compressed board and some of the pieces looked a little beat up, but I was still able to easily put it together and it does what I need it to. It is also sturdy enough to easily hold the weight of an adult human.

Worst product I have bought online for the money I spent.

The product was scratched in several places the holes for the screws were put in at a angle so the product was very hard to assemble. The whole thing was a mess. next time I will make sure the product is assembled before shipping. That was my fault as I thought it said no assembly. Not happy with this product at all.

Good height for tall bed

Have a king bed 29" from top to the floor. This is a good height for getting up on the bed without jumping. Recommend having an extra bottle of wood glue handy as not much is given with the kit and would recommend using a little more glue than instructed to help keep things together. Not wobbly, constructed well.

Puppy stairs

These are wonderful, sturdy, and fit in nicely to our décor. The carpet on each step is nice quality as well. I would suggest that a little more wood glue would come with it, so be prepared to have some extra to make sure all things are glued together! I would recommend these steps to anyone that asks

Happy with purchase

Attractive and functional steps for my bulldog. We had plastic steps that she chewed on and then tried a cheap metal version that was too rickety. These steps have worked out the best overall

Low quality, but does the job

Low quality light-weight brittle particle board. Cheap cam assembly. Over-priced. It will serve the purpose until I find something nicer.
