PetSafe replacement carbon filters
These are a must for any petsafe drinking fountain. I have had to change out my entire pump twice. But if you keep the filters rotated on a timely basis the fountain works GREAT!!!!!!!!!
Too much carbon dust for this box
I bought another box of filter recently. This box is totally different from the one I got last time. All the filters are very very black, full of carbon dust. I know there will be some carbon residue but this is too much. The first rinse water is so black. There is still some particles coming out after several water changes. I think this is a QC issue. The filter I bought before were very clean.
Black Dust
I‘ve purchased this before and it work wonderful, this batched is covered in the charcoal dust that doesn’t seem to filter out. I read a similar review from a few days ago, so did the manufacturer change something or did quality assurance missed something.
Too much carbon dust
Half of the box I purchased were covered in carbon dust. Water kept turning black when rinsing.
Best Filters
We've been using these filters for years. They last a long time and they keep the water really clean.
Drink well filters
Very pleased with the price of these filters. My kitties have the fountain & love it. Keeps the water fresh.
Filter is not effective
The filter is not effective because it does not fit snug in the cylinder. The water comes out of the pump and is forced into the cylinder housing the charcoal filter. Most of the water is forced between the filter and the wall of the cylinder therefore only filtering a small percentage of the water. It is a waste of money to use this.
Drink well 360 fountain filters
Work great but seem to need frequent changing. Just preferred they lasted longer. Other than that keep fountain and water accommodating for our pets water needs.

I had tried an 'imitation' brand and was very disappointed at how they left black residue on the fountain. I just purchased a box of these, and I really like that they arrived in a sturdy box and are individually wrapped in a little zip lock bag. There is no more residue on the fountain, the water is clear, and I'm pleased with my purchase. I rinse the filter, and also let it soak for about 20 minutes in a glass of water, changing the water in between. And with Chewy, shipping is quick. Glad they had these in stock.
Cat water fountain and filters
I have been using these filters for years. This is the second fountain by Drinkwell because the first one wore out. These filters keep the water clean and pure and are decently priced.
