Ordered this so my pup could head to the balcony easily when needing an outdoor fix. I had to add weather strips to my door because there was a small gap between the stationary door and the pet door, but I expected that when reading reviews. And in the long run that wouldn't deter me from getting this product. The door magnetizes to the bottom so you don't have to worry about it flapping and theres a cover you can put when not in use. Would totally recommend to at least try out while it may not be exactly perfect for everyone small tweaks can really make this amazing.

Item fits perfect and super fast shipping! Easy enough installation just need to buy some weather stripping for the edge of the glass door that butts up to the dog door. But that’s only $2 so not bad at all.

If you have an apartment or only want a very temporary dog door it works fine but it is incredibly shaky. Only a couple super tiny screws are supposed to hold it in place and the weather stripping they provide is completely useless. One solid push and the lock they provide can easily be disengaged. If you get it for a rental I think it would work but go to the local hardware store and buy some real weather stripping and another way to lock the door if you leave.

Easy to put up, easy to put together- very thin, very cheap. You get what you pay for. We ended up returning it because it was so thin there was no way it was going to be insulated enough to keep the cold out.

This is our 2nd door. The first door we needed had to be super tall for our glass slider. Then we moved and needed a smaller door so we just purchased the same door, only shorter. Works great! We love it!

Of course my two boxers love the "Freedom" of being able to go in and out as they please (most of the time), but the rest of my family and I appreciate having more freedom now, too. We were having to stop whatever we were doing to go open the door for the dogs too often, and it seemed like every time I sat down, I immediately had to get up again to open the door. Not any more. Now that the dogs use the pet door, we all get relief. The panel is easy to install, and I would give it five stars, but it doesn't sit squarely in the door frame, and the strip of insulation that is included needs to be thicker in order to stop cold air from coming in through the open space. The door is exactly as expected and easy to install. The only issue is that the flap itself is bowed and when it closes there is a gap for the cold air to come in.

We didn’t use all the included hardware. I wanted something I could put in and take out daily. This is easy to install and remove. Takes about 3 seconds! When the weather gets warmer we’ll probably keep it in longer

We have a 200lb mastiff and it has been such a challenge to find a doggy door to accommodate. This door is so perfect, he has no problems with going in and out. I had a smaller door for him, and guest would always say he fits threw there!!!? we just couldn't find a big one like this one so we made due. But Brody is getting older and not as flexible as he once was. Installation was easy, but we did have to add a piece to the top because the length is 81" and our door is 94", not hard to install. Would definitely recommend. So pleased
