Carsick no more!
My 39-44# pooch was really struggling with carsickness. She was too short to comfortably look out the window when driving. Since I also get carsick, and it’s better when I can see the road, I thought the same might be true for her and got this for her. It’s made of hard plastic so I added a pillow and covered the front and back up the sides a bit more. It’s held in place with seatbelt and has a little hole for a harness too. If we do a lot of errands in the city, with lots of braking and turning, she still gets sick sometimes but this is much better than it was. She also doesn’t fall forward into the leg space if there is a sudden brake. I’ve had this for several years now and pooch and I are very pleased.
Don't buy
It was very difficult to assemble as it was very hard plastic not pliable. Also the cushion was a loose fitting pillow that would not stay in place. I donated mine to a shelter and bought a different one

I have 2 small dogs and I went on a trip one dog would sit in the booster seat, then they would switch seats. They enjoyed looking out the window.

I was happy with car seat. I got the sections of dog car seat together.weny to put the cover on it and zipper split.
Finally a solution
Two of my three dogs have extreme anxiety in the car. One shakes the entire time, and the other one vomits and has actually urinated in fear. Today I tried these car seats for a short ride and everyone seemed happy to be able to see out the window and they each have their own designated space. I'm hopeful I will be able to go visit family during the holiday season. Assembly was straight forward. I'm not thrilled with the little pillow, but can put a blanket down in its place.

Love this and so does my pup! He can see out of the car. He’s so happy in his seat. Seat belt hooks right in. Best thing I ever bought for the dog!
