    Yep it works, I was shocked. I am a night shift worker, which means sleep is hard to come by, Every time my wife would leave our for dogs out onto our deck is sounded like walking into the dog pound. Now one might back once or twice out of excitement. They still back at things that don't belong or look Yep it works, I was shocked.     Obnoxious neighbors who have dog but dk why as they pay no attention to it so it seeks my dogs at the fence line for fun. Not fun for my dogs. It seemed to work initially and irritated the tiny mutt (lapsa vs my newfs) but now not sure. There is a heavy duty plastic fence between but write up did not say that wud impede it. Right now we are at an impasse but thinking the tiny irritant may not be affected anymore by it. I hope I am wrong as the neighbors have no right having a dog that they ignore while I have to take one of mine out on a leash in my own fenced in yard due to this little thing being ignored and seeking something to do.
