Receiver collars
I bought 2 of these units to keep my cats indoors and from going out the doggy door. However, I am really disappointed as the receiver collars don't work, even with new batteries. Now, the whole thing is useless and I have wasted my money.
PAWZ AWAY keeps them separated!
We purchased this PAWZ Away unit + 1 collar for a small dog + a 1 year old mini Aussie in order to keep them out of the formal dining and living rooms but to continue to allow the cat to access the entire home. Works like a charm! Exactly as the description and instructions state. Simple. Effective. Additional ++ the dogs now mind on the first correction! Thanks PAWZ Away. And thanks Chewy for having a telephone customer service agent available late in the evening to help us sort through selections and direct us to the correct item.
Unreliable - Don't waste your $$
Bought this for my indoor furry less than 1 year ago. It's a cheap device: Collar starts to shred, gentle electric shock doesn't work anymore, and even the high-pitch warning sound is barely audible. The simplicity of the design and set-up seemed appropriate but the functionality and quality don't last.

I had to delay my autoship order and change the frequency...it was amazingly easy to do on line.
Wish there was a better alternative
Here’s the cycle: I buy this, it works great for 6 months or so, all of a sudden the collar stops working, I do a ton of research into alternatives and end up buying this again because there’s nothing else on the market that satisfies this need. Replacing the batteries don’t work, replacing the collar doesn’t work, I always end up having to buy the whole set over again. By now I swear this is an intentional design flaw. I’ve probably bought this set 4 or 5 times now and I wish there was another way to keep my cat out of his sister’s litter box but sadly here I go begrudgingly buying this again.
Unhappy with its
This item says for pets 5lb and up. It is way too big for a 5lb pet. And since it is too big, the prongs cannot touch skin, which makes it useless. I am very disappointed in this item.
I mean, it worked at one point..
It worked. On a 90lb bundle of stubborn goodness. For two months.. then it just quit. Replaced the batteries, got one beep out of it and it quit again.

Too big for my little dog.
Save your money!
The collar does not work. We tried it on the floor under our buffet table, on top of the buffet and near the fire place. My puppy never felt any shock and wad able to attack my kittens. Massively disappointed and curious about the positive reviews.
