Has anyone tried to wash this in the washer? I currently use a different brand that states not washer use. this brand says it can be used in the washing machine, and wondering how well that works.

This replacement turf is not designed for use under a litter mat.
What is the size of the replacement grass? Is there a another tray such as a pee pad holder that this grass will fit on?

The size of the replacement turf is 26.2 x 16 x 0.2 inches. The turf will fit in the Piddle Place Indoor Dog & Cat Toilet.
does this get hot in the sun or stay cool under their feet if used outdoors?

The replacement grass turf for the Piddle Place is made of a lightweight and durable PVC plastic loop material. With this said, if it is left out in the sun, it can get hot over time.

Replacement Turf for Dogs

I bought one of these a couple of years ago for my other dog and it works great. This is much easier to clean than those synthetic/fake grass.

Great for senior dogs

I absolutely love this product. I have a 16 y/o poodle that has a weak bladder now. I’m able to put this on my balcony for her to use instead of rushing her downstairs in the middle of the night. And it saves you from buying so many peepee pads.

I do not recommend

From the first time I put this on the floor the dog did nothing but chew it up he did not pee on it or anything. All she thinks this is a plaything

Puppy training

My puppy is in training. She doesn't do well with pee pee pads because she rips them apart. The potty grass stops this behavior. I put a pee pee pad under the grass and that works out fine.

stink free

We tried four other grasses, real and artificial, and this was the only one our puppy didn't chew. It was also the only one that didn't retain a urine smell and that we could put in the wash. So easy to clean. It has made life so much easier.

Works Alone without Pan

I had a specific problem to solve and this works. My dog has kidney disease, receives a daily IV drip, pees a lot, I live in a 4-flight walk-up, and she refused to go in the apartment. I began by buying real hydroponic turf. She immediately took to it. (It comes with flies--I still have gnats.) I bought this Piddle Place, same size as turf, and eventually put it on top of the turf so she was peeing through it. When I threw out the turf, I put this fake stuff down on a pee pads, and with encouragement (aka begging), she has continued to use it to pee inside. I'm grateful.

try out without buying complete package

it arrived on time was as it is described. my dog has a bad back and can no longer go down ramp to back yard so i bought this to try indoors. she went on it once maybe by accident like i say i just bought the turf not the complete item .so i am not out much. i would recommend it to others

The best turf

Love this turf and pup loves it too. It's soft, washable and does not have the ruff turf like the others.
