I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE COLLARS I ORDERED #1415346079 oct 14 2023 2 razberry 2 blue ,4 total ,pet safe quick snap buckle martingale dog collars DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE 19-25” COLLARS. The wrong labeling and chewys lack of actually knowing how to measure has caused this fiasco STOP GIVING ME LAME EXCUSES complete my order
Design Flaw
I’ve been buying these collars for almost 10 years and have always loved them. However, I noticed that the collar I received most recently has a small difference from previous ones. The small loop that’s meant for the name tag is too close to the plastic clasp which causes a constant and obnoxious clanking sound. I always loved this feature because I don’t like having to put the name tag on the loop where the leash hooks (I’ve accidentally hooked it the name tag several times which breaks the loop right off). Wish I could use the nap tag loop like I used to!
Perfect for Piper
Our little Jack Russell terrier is so good at slipping out of a standard collar that we stopped walking her because of the danger that she would get away. This collar completely fixed the problem. We kept her personalized standard collar on her for identification purposes, too, so she wears both now.
TOO BIG!
As other reviews stated, the collar is way bigger than indicated in the measurements for each size. My 5 month old puppy has a 13" neck. I expect her to grow and get bigger, so I got the Large since 13" was included (13-20"). It's not even close when adjusted to the smallest size. It was HUGE! I just ordered a small though the measurements are smaller (9-11"), but sounds like the Medium will be too large as well. Hoping the small works.
