PetSafe Sportsmen Squeak-N-Treat Booya Dog Toy

So it is a good concept. I ordered a medium and a large, one for each dog and the smaller medium I made the mistake of not chopping the treats in half so now the toy is full stuffed of treats that the poor little dog can’t get out and he’s getting very ticked. I tried cutting the prongs and thumping it and squeezing and I can’t even get them out. My mistake. The large size is difficult but after thumping they eventually come out. Had I chopped the treats into smaller pcs it could have been a fun toy. I’ll have to pitch the smaller one if he ever gets away from it. My bad. So just make sure not to put too large of treats in it.

Our ten month old Border Collie is now being called Destructo Pup. All the soft toys with squeakers are put away. Some should be thrown away, some repaired, some await until Katie has no more teeth. She wants the squeakers out and she wants them out now! This toy has a squeaker, is fun and has not been injured at all by her demands. Highly recommend.

All my dogs - from 2 labs (a 6 month old & 4 year old) and 2 Jack Russell Terriers (6 & 7 years old) absolutely love these toys - we don't use them for treat holding - but with they still are holding up months later! With the squeaker in them and them being able to throw and bounce to themselves - they are entertainment galore - we will be buying more of these when they wear out!

I have a Husky and a German Shepherd, they fight over this toy! They are both heavy chewers, and it holds up great. Husky loves to squeak it, and they both love trying to get the treats out. They spend hours back and forth with it, just ordered another so they each have their own.

Great toy to keep them busy- filling with small treats or flavored spray inside. Also holds up to my dogs aggressive chewing! Squeaker is an added bonus. Very happy with this quality product!

I have a 1.5yr old Labradoodle. Can't keep her in toys long enough before he destroys them. But she needs things to distract. This is fantastic. I've had it for 1 month and not a nick in it and sh'e going at it hard. She loves it and hasn't tired of it.

I have stopped using this because it frustrates my dog (17lbs), he gets nothing out & then he gives up. I can’t even get the treats out (tried all sizes) so then I've had to soak it in water to break down the mess inside & try to clean it out. What a mess. Maybe my dog is too small??? I’m not sure.

He has played with it non-stop for almost 3 months now and there is not one chunk out of it. He still loves it. It bounces and throws well. Some people mentioned a smell but he has not ever acted like he noticed and he is sensitive to chemical smells (if you a spray room Lysol or things of that nature, he reacts immediately). I am buying two more - just in case this one ever gets lost! We do use it for treat now - when we leave the house - and it has worked great for that as well. BEST TOY EVER! I felt obligated to write a review because of how wonderful this toy is. My golden retriever destroys and eats everything. Tennis balls last minutes. He has eaten through a kong before. This thing appears to be indestructible. We’ve had it for several months and are very pleased with how well it preoccupies our little guy.

We have a 50lb rottie/dauschund/mastiff mix that is a total power chewer. I cringed to think of the money we have spent on toys that he absolutely destroyed within minutes of having them. He LOVES squeaky toys but I struggled to find one that withstood his bite and ability to shred. THIS IS A WINNER, going on 3 weeks of constant play and he hasn’t even ripped a chunk out of it. As a side note...it does have a funky plastic smell but I could careless bc it actually withstands his bite and for that I give it 5 stars!!
