Might have ordered wrong collar

I haven’t opened the collar yet as the package stated the pet safe systems it is compatible with and the number on my unit is not one of those numbers. I sent you an inquiry but I have not heard back yet. I do plan on calling you, I just haven’t had the time till now. Thank you. MARIE Hiller
