This house comes with an entry/exit door with weather flaps and an exit only door with a clear plastic to see through. It does not have insulation within.

Cleopatra's friend

Now that it's together I like it. But when putting it together, the floor was a pain to put in and wood split in two places on two different parts and had to be glued together and clamped over night. But all that aside, the feral cat it was intended for, has been eating her food on the second floor but still hasn't gone inside. It's real cute and looks great on my deck.m

Still holding up after many years outside.

Purchased this about 5 years ago. It's still looking great after many years outside in the Florida sun and even survived 2 brutal hurricanes. I have it on the side of the house. If the cats want to go outside, they have a place to hang. I have it set up so I can open a doggie door and they go out through the second opening. One cat loves to lay on the roof while the other likes the deck part.

Really Nice House!

It didn’t take much time for us to assemble - Pointers are to use power tools and look at the pictures on the product page as the instructions don’t clearly state how things like the floor gets laid. It’s very solid and so cute!

I bought one similar with step stairs rather than a ramp

Both versions were available when I bought mine, and I decided steps rather than a ramp. Steps might not be available any more. Wasn't very difficult to put together. Two teenage boys did it. I put bedding inside the 'house' and a towel on the upper "porch" and my Cali took it over as HERS only. Later, after she passed, KiKi decided to live in the "house" part. Now there's Charlie and I expect to see him in it come cooler weather.
