Does this work through glass sliding doors?
Answer by ChewyAug 12, 2018
The advertised range is a straight-line distance between Remote Transmitter and Collar Receiver without obstacles in between. The range may vary according the terrain, buildings, trees and electromagnetic interference from other devices.

If I have 2 collars can I select one collar for correction or will it shock both dogs
Answer by ChewyAug 15, 2019
The remote has 3 channels that allow you to work with up to 3 dogs. Press the "Channel Switch" button, with the icon of a dog, to switch between channels from one collar to another, to train separate pets.

Looking at the chart provided in the product images, this one features Remote Collar Activation and Quick Level Change. What do those specifically mean?
Answer by ChewyJan 08, 2018
The Remote Collar Activation feature allows you to send a signal to the collar in the form of a Static Shock, Vibration, or Tone. The remote always stays in Stand-by Mode and you can press any command to wake it up. With the Quick Level Change feature, you can quickly change the level of intensity by holding down the  “+“ or "-" button.

What’s the difference between the M919 and the M86??
Answer by ChewyMay 14, 2019
The PetSpy M86 contains eight adjustable levels of vibration and shock, the PetSpy M919 contains one hundred adjustable levels of vibration and shock, and the PetSpy M686 button layout design allows for “blind” operation without needing to look at the remote. Each remote has a different design for m ultiple unique functions.

PetSpy M919

I had these shock collars for maybe 2 months before they stopped working all together. After the first month of having them the vibrate would not work and neither would the shock. I would physically put my hand on the prongs and feel nothing even when turned all the way up. Also after the first month I didn’t use them for about a week and they wouldn’t stay charged. They would be fully charged and not work then at about 2 months they stopped working completely. I was definitely disappointed with this product.

It doesn’t work

Only thing work on it is the vibration. Not the shock waste of money.

Great product

Bought this collar (actually have 3) for all of my dogs because they love to bark. It works really well for barking and obedience. Purchasing a 4th one today for new German shepherd puppy. Highly recommend.

So Far So Good - BEEP BEEP!

I am using The BEEP feature ONLY on this device & it is working nicely to get my 2 year old’s attention. I wish the SHOCK feature could be disconnected for safety reasons, as I will never use it. I purchased the unit for the “WATERPROOF” feature, but noticed the “charging port cover” was off when I removed the collar yesterday, so will have to watch that closely. So far - So good!

Doesn't work

They do not stay on always shutting off. Can only charge one at a time.

Waste of money

Battery life sucks (doesn't last a full day) And now both collars don't even turn on at all.

Total Waste of Money

Absolute piece of junk. Collars randomly turn off, even when fully charged. As a hardworking person of limited funds, it was a real kick in the wallet to spend so much on a worthless product. If I could give it minus stars, I would do that. Completely worthless product.

Not useful unless in cleared areas

I work on a large farm and like the girls to have these collars incase they're ever in an area where they cant hear me. The tone works well for both of them. HOWEVER, the remote doesn't reach the collars well in wooded areas or even around the barn unless I'm standing on the side of the barn the girls are on. Also, the collars need a better mechanism for keeping the buckles secured. Lost one collar on the second day because it came loose in one of the fields while the hound was sniffing about.
