Product works Great!
I regret not purchasing it earlier. I experienced a sense of guilt regarding utilizing a "shock collar" for my dog. Despite having had dogs throughout my entire life I had never resorted to using one. However my 9month old puppys misbehavior pushed me to consider it. Surprisingly within a mere 15 minutes of introducing the collar along with a few mild shocks set at level 3 my puppy transformed into a different well behaved dog. Behaviors such as countertop jumping food theft rummaging through the trash aggressive interactions with other dogs and overly rough play all ceased. Moreover his excessive stair running which I had worried about due to potential joint issues, also subsided. While I've only employed the collar for three days we now find that the sound alone is sufficient to discourage his undesirable actions. This has led to a more contented atmosphere for all of us. The product has proven to be outstanding. I advise adhering to proper usage guidelines especially by reviewing the training recommendations which have proven to be remarkably helpful.
I have doberman and I love this product
Choosing this collar has proven to be one of the best decisions we've made for our 7-month-old Doberman. He is quite a handful at nearly 75 pounds and getting him to heed our commands was becoming increasingly challenging. Then the collar arrived! While setting it up initially was a bit complex once we got the hang of it performed flawlessly. It is important to ensure that it is snug but not too tight and taking the time to carefully read and practice the instructions is cruciall...We don't always resort to the shock function even the vibration mode grabs his attention effectively. He is even learned to recognize the capabilities of the remote and the mere sight of it immediately gets his full attention. Consistency in our commands and training approach is essential even when the collar is not in use. I wouldnt recommend keeping it on all the time because thats excessive and I firmly believe that dogs should learn through patience and love rather than fear. I own two horses and he used to bark and agitate them when we took him outside. It was a stressful situation and he would almost yank my arm out of its socket on the leash! The horses would panic leading to a potentially dangerous scenario. However I can now walk him near the horses and command him to leave it and he obeys! He used to pick up horse manure and other objects making it a struggle to retrieve them from his mouth but not anymore!Additionally I work from home and it became nearly impossible to have phone conversations with clients if he was in his crate. While we aim to keep him out of the crate as much as possible there are times when it's necessary. Previously he would howl cry and bark so loudly that I thought I would lose my job and my sanity! I even contemplated finding him a new home. However, now he understands that No means No and that he must cease his undesirable behavior. Before the collar saying No would only result in even louder howling! It was unbearable! If we weren't at home and left him in the crate he would start crying intensely as soon as he heard us approaching the driveway. Upon entering the house chaos would ensue with his howlingxleaving us to figure out how to calm him down. Thankfully those days are behind us! He is such a sweet dog and definitely experiences some separation anxiety but this collar has made our home a much happier place for all of us. I genuinely believe it saved my sanity and prevented me from rehoming him. What an excellent product!

I have had this collar for quite a few months and it continues to perform great. I highly enjoy suggesting this collar to my friends, Its effective and reliable I would recommend this product....
disappointed
Do not waist your money. Product only works for a short time. Charges ports are very faulty. Company Had one replaced because remote and collar stopped charging, so I thought it was just a malfunction but seems to be every device is faulty. If I could leave less that one start I would.
loved it until it stopped charging
This remote and collar have been absolutely amazing…until the collar just decided to stop charging, and at the worst time possible. It stopped charging right before we went on vacation to the ocean. So so so very sad and disappointed because our 5 year old lab, who loves to run free on the beach, was not able, due to the collars inability to charge. We choose the ocean for vacation, specifically for him, now we feel like it was a complete waste of time,energy and money to have gone out there. We had to watch his happy mood shift into confusion and sadness when we didn’t take him to the beach.

SharPei Showdown
If you know SharPeis their extremely difficult dogs and even more so if their not trained early. I got a rescue Pei that was 6mo old. She’s full blood came with registration paperwork and everything. This dog pushed boundaries constantly. So I needed help training. This made it so easy!!! I only ever use the vibrate and beep but one time and apparently the one time was enough for my arrogant SharPei. It’s really handy and convenient if your dogs are inside dogs and you just need it for potty breaks and play time.
Terrible shock collar
The collar works when it wants to which is not very often. And also the battery life on it is terrible. Having to charge it almost every other day! I do not recommend this product. Only bad product I have ever received from chewy.
Terrible Product
I purchased this training collar a couple of months ago and initially the shock function worked but unfortunately that is no longer the case. A complete waste of $$$.
Doesn't always work
I bought this because my dog is leash aggressive however I tried this product on myself because of some reviews saying it quits working. The reviews aren't lies, yes it has great range yes its waterproof as he has swam with it on. When I tried it on my self, sadly to say out of five times pressing the shock button It only worked once. Great product but doesn't work 100% when you need it too. If you 0lan on buying this for training try another brand because training us about consistency, if the product isn't consistent then you won't be able to properly train your buddy.
