    Will I buy these again YES!!! I am pleasantly surprised to like the Petstages Dogwood Tough Dog Chew. Many years ago my chocolate lab fractured her tooth on a marrow bone and had to have the whole tooth removed. Since then, I question ALL toys and chews that say are pet safe. . Many years ago my chocolate lab fractured her tooth on a marrow bone and had to have the whole tooth removed. Since then, I question ALL toys and chews that say are pet safe. . I am SO afraid of either a tooth fracture or of a bad chocking incident. I only give to my two labs for 5-10 minutes and its always under my supervision. My dogs really like the stick. As they chew it will shred and leave tiny little pieces on the floor. Will I buy these again YES However I am going to buy the RUFFWOOD because the I have read that it is a softer wood. The review said that The Ruffwood didn't hold up as well to aggressive chewing but was more likely to be accepted by dogs that disliked super hard chews. … more

    First piece was on the floor within 5 minutes

    What we find to be a serious problem; within five minutes one of the little branch knobs was off and on the floor. I was able to grab it before it could be swallowed, but then had to watch carefully during the rest of the chewing.
