Works as intended
I picked up this bad boy at a goodwill cause my cat kept throwing up. This definitely helped a lot and now she only throws up like once a week. A small problem is though that the spaces are just slightly too big and it's just slightly too short where she can still gobble her food up if she really wants to but atleast she's not at risk of choking or anything anymore 8/10
Slows down eating
I have two siamese rescues who take their eating very seriously and are food aggressive. They beg for food and then inhale it, so these feeders slow them down and I think they really enjoy digging it out of the crevices with their teeth. Plus, the bowls are adorable and very durable.
Perfect depth
This is a perfect slow feeder for my kitty. It makes her take more time to complete her food. She can get all the pieces out. I only use it for dry food. I returned the other feeder that was too deep for my kitty’s snout.

I was afraid my cat wouldn't like this but he actually seems to like it! It helps a lot for him to slow down when he eats!

Good size (we feed 1/4 cup dry food at a time and it works well), easy to clean, nice material, perfect for our needs.
Perfect slow feeder
I have a cat who eats WAY too fast but gets frustrated with traditional slow feeders. This one has segments that are the perfect height to slow her down without making her feel like knocking it over will be faster.
Good concept, better for larger cats
I purchased this several months ago and I use it for daily feedings. It's a great concept for a slow feeder, but it is much bigger than I'd expected it to be when I first ordered it. I have an 8lb cat, and the spaces in this are so big that it's a bit too easy for her to inhale her food. Would probably work great for larger cats.
Not even curious
Looks well made, and if cats were interested - great. Not even sniffed it.
Works somewhat
My cats will eat from it and it does slow them down a bit with dry food. The design with all the tight corners is not optimal. The wet food gets trapped and is a pain to remove. Circles might be better and a slightly smaller option would be nice. It is dishwasher safe.
Hardly slows cats down using dry food
When we put dry food in the mat, the cats ate it almost as fast as if we put the food in a bowl, so if you are feeding only dry food to your cats you might want to skip this item. However, it looks like it would work great for wet food. It is very sturdy and doesn't slide around.
