Your customer service

These are much smaller than originally pictured but the three hooligans in my house like them. More importantly, the young woman with whom I spoke to amend my regular recurring order to include these was wonderful. Once, I tried making a change on line to my recurring order. I'll never do that again as the customer service provided by phone is excellent.

Did not go over well...

Although my cat loves plastic catnip-filled straws, unfortunately, she did not like these soft Night Time Catnip rolls at all. She swatted at one only one time; the fabric caught onto her claw; she didn't like that and never paid any more attention to it. Will stick with the plastic version.

The cats seem to like these, but for me, when they aren't playing with them, I end up stepping on them, and I don't like that! But it is for their fun.

Very small

I would not order these again, they are really small, wondering how safe they are, I think they could be easily swallowed, use with caution!

Great cat toy!

Godfrey absolutely loves these string-shaped toys. He'll toss them up from the floor himself to chase them, and chews them as we dangle them in interactive play. The texture is tough with no threads to swallow, which we appreciate.

Best toys for Thor

My Maine Coon Thor goes crazy for these. He will play with them for hours. He'll bring them to me and want to play fetch. Either that or we just throw one in the empty Chewy box. Hours of fun for him!

Happy Kitties

My kitties absolutely lovely these catnip rolls. They prefer them over any of the other toys I have bought and will play with these continuously! Usually have to end up buying more because they either play with these until they are all torn up or they end up losing them underneath the refrigerator or stove. They must hold the catnip scent very well because other items I have purchased with catnip go ignored while these do not! Thanks, Chewy!

Cat loves this!

I have bought this product 4 separate times now. My cat loves this toy and can't put it down when I toss him a new one. One new stick will keep him entertained for 2-3 hours. He'll still toss around the old stick occasionally so it's not just a one time use. The catnip definitely do not last several days, but this is a good distraction to toss at your cat if they're being extra needy for a night and you need some rest.

This is my cats favorite toy.

Of all the toys that I get, this one is a favorite. Sometimes I come home and I know there was some action because I find it in the water bowl.
