My Pup Didn't Chew It Apart
This is thin so I understand why other pet parents had ones that didn't last. My pup chewed up other toys (including with a level 3 chew level rating) but likes playing tug with this one. I think that's why it lasted. The rings are why I am buying another one. They are good to play with as a toss game for my dogs.
I ordered 2 of these toys. They say they are made for thought chewers and tug of war. I gave them to my dogs amd they didn't not even get to tug on them. The ropes came apart in under a minute. The ropes are not even connected there is a piece of plastic were they should connect
Not durable! Pieces starting coming off immediately
I got this for my 7 month old cavapoo pup. He’s a small dog and still a puppy but within 10 minutes of playing with this toy I noticed some of the green rubber cap on the rope portion of it has come off in pieces. The rest of the toy seemed like it would hold up to chewing, but I was disappointed to see that he had managed to chew off parts of it so quickly.

The hard plastic rings in the Petstages Orka Dental Links Tough Dog Chew Toy have lasted a lot longer than the connecting rope portion. The rope was shredded within 10 minutes but now that is no longer a sort of tug of war toy, my dog wants nothing to do with it.
Not worth it for heavy chewers
Winky (pitbull) chose this toy first out of the 5 or 6 new ones I ordered for her. She chewed through one of the rubber donuts within 5 minutes. She continued to chew it into bits all in one sitting :(
Not really 'tough'
My Aussiedoodle chewed the rope ring apart in one day. He does still chew on the rubber ones but it's not really a tug toy any more.
Not for tough dogs
The tough dog toy was rated such that I bought it for Mallie the pit bull. The rope section was chewed apart in minutes and part of it eaten. I was able to throw the other part away. I watched her closely and eventually she passed the rope she swallowed.Thank God. The rings attached to the rope,on the other hand,are serving her well as chew toys ,and, they’re holding up. Bottom line, the rope vs. pit bull is a no-go ! Dangerous for their belly parts!

I have 2 miniature Schnauzers & they didn't have this toy an hour and they had it chewed apart
Destroyed in 5 minutes
The center ring is rope and the green part is soft rubber. Within 5 minutes our dog ate half the green and the rope was all coming apart. We had to cut that off. Very disappointed!
Really not a toy for tough chewers.
My dog loved this toy, a little too much. It was in pieces in mere minutes. If you have a tough chewer, like my little pit bull, it will not last the day.
