This is a durable frisbee but doesn’t fly quite as well as the Kong frisbee, but lasts longer than the kong. The kong tends to rip when my dogs toss it around, so I would recommend this over the Kong. Only dislike is the weight which makes it hard to get some air on it.

Doesn’t fly like a normal frisbee. It is heavier and does not hover like a normal frisbee making it nearly impossible to chase down and catch in the air like a normal one. It arrived with the middle indented and after 3 weeks it has not straightened out. It has stood up to the chewing which is my only Doesn’t fly like a normal frisbee. Not that tough
By SaraB on Jan 30, 2021
I got this because the blue tire toy is awesome and I hoped this would be, too. However, my Labrador chewed a chunk off within minutes. :(

What’s this thing?
By Dogmom on Jan 27, 2021
My 27 lb hound mix didn’t know what to do with this strange heavy blue thing. I’m sure it will last an eternity though in my shed:/ I’m sticking with tennis balls!

A tough toy that ACTUALLY holds up
By Latch on Dec 17, 2020
I got this for my Dalmatian, and I'll be honest, I didn't have very high expectations. I have bought "tough" toys in the past and some might make it 2 weeks, other make it 2 days. Latch has played with this every day for almost a month and no signs of it giving up yet.

Long flyer!
By Emmett on Nov 10, 2020
Soft, tough material, but doesn’t stand up to heavy chewers like my chocolate lab. We solve it by not allowing him to chew it. If you’re looking for a frisbee that really flies this is it. Our dog loves those long runs to chase it down!

tough toy!
By Megan on Oct 20, 2020
We have a Saint Bernard puppy (9 months) who loves to chew. The “tough” tennis balls that our cattle dog can’t do damage to are destroyed in hours by the Saint Bernard. This lasted weeks and only tore after we had a play date with another Saint Bernard. It literally took two 115lb dogs playing tug of war for an hour for it to break. I think that’s a pretty good testament to its durability!

Heavy and durable
By Champ on Sep 24, 2020
Besides it being durable, it flies fast so my dog has to work harder to try to catch it, in turn tiring her out quicker. Doesn’t throw like a regular frisbee but once you get the hang of it it’s all good

Great frisbee, very durable
By AmyH on Sep 18, 2020
This is our second of this frisbee. Our pup is a chewer and between her chewing and it staying outside in the cold all winter, we needed a new one. It is durable and flies good.

I Double This As A Snack Tray!
By MelO on Sep 7, 2020 Top 50 Contributor
I bought this for my husband to play frisbee with our dog. He feels it is more of a good beginner learning tool rather than something you'd want to use for an expert frisbee catcher. It is heavier than other frisbees, my husband worries that it might hurt our dog's mouth/teeth if he catches it in his mouth during high speeds. I don't know since I don't have much experience with dogs and frisbees. My dog has trouble picking this up off the ground if the lip is facing down, so I've taken to tossing it with the lip facing upwards so at least when it lands he can grab it easier. He isn't catching it mid-air yet, still learning about frisbees and what their purpose is, so he's mainly just chasing I bought this for my husband to play frisbee with our dog. I like that I can also use it for snacks, and occasionally I put some water in it and some crushed ice that he likes to pounce on and flip into the air. It is sturdy and somewhat felxible. … more
