Where Fun Meets Functional

Petstages' cat toys are all about having fun, but they're also made to address your cat's most primal needs, like hunting, stalking and scratching. Just like their name says, Petstages makes toys for every stage of development to keep your kitty fit, entertained and energized from kittenhood to his senior days.

Where Fun Meets Functional

Satisfying Dental Chews and Toys

Petstages dental toys give cats even more fun things to chew that are much safer than cords and strings they might find around the house. Petstages has innovative dental health toys to help satisfy that intense urge to bite and carry prey around—while behind the scenes, they're also helping to keep your cat's teeth clean and healthy. Some are even filled with catnip, like the Catnip Dental Health Chews and Catnip Plaque Away Pretzel. These are both covered in netting that helps remove soft tartar and massages the gums as your kitty bites down. And to freshen up your mini lion's breath after a big meal, give him the Fresh Breath Mint Stick—a mint-filled chew that doubles as a fun toy.

  • Cats give it ***1/2 stars

This is a well-constructed toy and is reasonably interactive. It’s a smaller version of the ~12” diameter single plastic ring that’s been around for years. This new one has a short stack of plastic rings, each with a rolling ball that the cat can chase but not remove. My 11th mo.old Bombay boy enjoys it thoroughly for a few minutes. The other two cats are indifferent. As cats’ preferences are so subjective tho, you might want to give it a try. Especially younger kittens who don’t give up easily. My Bombay is pretty OCD and would probably play Candy Crush all night if he could. So no wonder he enjoys this! The toy takes up very little space, is super sturdy and should last a long time. • Crazy for the Tower

My 4-month-old kitten, Church is crazy for this toy. Old kitty is too tired to notice but usually, my youngster is chasing her up the steps. This tower toy distracts her enough to give my old gal some much-needed peace. Too bad you don't accept vids. But still, as you can see, she's a blur of activity in stills.

  • All 3 kitties play with it

    By on

Well worth the $ I spent on a single toy for sure. I have 2 eleven month old kitties and 1 sixteen year old kitty and all 3 play with this toy more than 5 minutes at a time. Because there are 3 levels and 3 balls, it keeps their attention. I have it in my home office, the kitties will wonder in during the day and play with it for a 1/2 hour up to an hour at a time. Sometimes it's a single kitty but other times it will be the two younger kitties where they get on opposite sides and bat the balls back and forth to each other.

  • The gift that keeps on giving!

We have a household of rescue animals - with five dogs, four cats and an African toad. The dogs usually take anything the cats have to play with and use it as chew toys - even though they have their own chew toys. However, with this toy, the dogs cannot chew on it. They actually tried to get the balls themselves, and couldn't. So, that added to the fun. Then, the kitten and the dogs were both playing with the balls at the same time. I love this toy. The kitten still plays with it. It is worth the money. Just be sure to put it up before you go to bed! :)

  • Doesn't Hold Either of Our Cats Interests

When I first received our Chewy Package on Saturday, both of my boys showed a little curiosity in this toy, but it took them a little while to actually figure out how they were supposed to play with it. Once they figured it out, they spent a whole 3 minutes batting it around before abandoning it altogether. It's now the following Tuesday and only Kit Kat has touched it since that Saturday and he used it for about a minute, if that. It may just be my cats aren't responsive to this particular toy, but I will probably end up giving this away to someone else since it's probably just going to collect dust on my bedroom floor at this point. I think that maybe if it was a little taller they might enjoy When I first received our Chewy Package on Saturday, both of my boys showed a little curiosity in this toy, but it took them a little while to actually figure out how they were supposed to play with it. It's hit or miss when buying new things for any animal and this one was just a miss for my boys unfortunately. … more

  • Best Toy EVER!

    By on

I have two male cats who are extremely discriminating about...everything! From food to toys they either like it or they don't! As soon as I put this toy on the floor it became their #1 favorite toy! They can play with it either together or alone. One of them even moves it from room to room and today I found one of the balls across the room. The play is often gentle, but can also get very rowdy! It really is the greatest toy.

  • An awesome track toy

Both girls like it, its been played with for some time now. The stripes of blue paint have worn off and the toy had been flipped, hit, and pawed at. None of the balls have 'found' their way out Its durable I did modify the top where the little handle was, I cut it off because one of the cats had to reach in there. Then smoothly sanded and filed the excess off. Now I can put toys in or treats that they can try to get out. Still 5/5 paws with the modification.

  • Kitties like it

    By on

Our cats are like most others. Highly unpredictable when it comes to introducing a toy. Chances are 50/50 that they'll play with whatever we get them, or turn their noses up and walk away. So far, they seem to like it and we've heard them spinning the balls round and round in the middle of the night. One of our cats actually sticks her head inside the top because she sees the shadows of the balls as they're spinning around. She is a tiny cat and if she were bigger, I'd be afraid her head would get stuck because it's got a plastic divider-like handle at the top. Other than that, the toy has been a thumbs up with us.

  • Tower of Boredom

I was a bit disappointed, one of my cats has zero interest, and the other one plays with this every now and then. The cat that plays with it will lay on her side and make the balls go around as fast as she can. My other cat just sits there and watches, she is our "mouser", and apparently she finds that much more fun. Oh well, can't please them all, it was worth a try. I'm sure it just depends on your cat.

  • Absolute Hit

I have two cats, my younger one is less than a year old. I've never bought her a toy like this before. Its been a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it.. Ive found it on its side as well as upside down a numerous amount of times. My older kitty will see her playing and jumps in on the other side. Its definitely worth the investment, especially if you have two wild and hyper cats as I do.
