Better than most
This product is better than most canine glucometers because of its vacuum effect. I still find it difficult to get a good blood sample from my dog
Has this company done something to these????
I have been using these for a long time. It is so expensive so you would not expect 25 out of a box of 50 to error code (E5) the second you push them into the meter! Also, these were unusually "sticky" to push into the meter port; as in they do did not slide in easily but had a lot of resistance. I am so angry because I am dealing with a cat in keto-acidosis where he does not feel well at all, yet still being quite a patient sweetheart, and I had to open another and another strip, and stick him multiple times just to MAYBE actually finally get a test strip that will read. AND THIS IS MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. Poor cat!!!! What the heck???! I guess I will have to go back to human glucose meters because the inaccuracy is probably better than no reading at all, risk of infection from causing "hamburgered paws" from so many sticks.... I am so upset. My poor cat!
missing stips
I recently opened a new box of the strip and found one whole row of 5 strips were empty, no strips in foil. Was a bit disappointed as the strips are not cheap.
Improved packaging
During glucose test I want to be able to open strip fast. This new improved packaging allows me to open fast and easy.
Quality of product
I purchased two packs of these and basically only got 1. The first pack I opened had errors every time I took blood. I have been doing this for a while so I am no novice. When I switched to second pack, I had no problem.

Easy to Use
This product is easy to use. It will pickup a very small drop of blood which has been so helpful in eliminating multiple pricking to the ear. I definitely recommend it.
Great product
My dog has diabetes and these are recommended for my glucose reader. Work well and easy to put in reader. Chewy is the best company for any product for your pets. Reliable and less expensive
These refill tabs open easily unlike the ones which came with the kit I bought last year. This brand tester is less expensive and accepts a smaller sample than the competitor while still being accurate.

These are a great product. Very pricey and I wish they were not individually wrapped. Lots of garbage and waste
