After months of trying to get the product to connect to app, we finally gave up - it would not connect...we're donating the product...maybe someone else can figure it out.

Bought for like $89. Did the set up but got the error message that the firmware was updating. It never stopped updating, tried deleting the camera and redoing the set up but now it won’t even turn on. Called Petzi, never got a call back. Big waste of time and money!

I’m giving 4 stars only because the picture isn’t always super clear, but I’m really happy with my purchase. I can talk and give treats to my pups from work and I love it! The only thing I wish it had was a way to see video from earlier that day so I can see who tore up this or that; it’s only live.

Garbage. I couldn’t get this thing to set up. The brand’s help desk is M-F 9-5, pretty much the whole time I’m at work so I can’t call and get any assistance. Chewy rocks but this item is junk

I love the Petzi treat cam! It allows me to check in on my fur baby through out the day and give him a treat once in a while! Depending on the size of the treat it gives anywhere from 1-3 or a handful if it’s smaller (like dog food). Not only can you check in, give treats, and take pics of your pet you can also view other’s pictures as it’s a social media for pet owners!

This camera meets all of our needs. One of my dogs is afraid of the sound when you log into it so I adjusted the volume to no sound and she does just fine with it.

I love the camera! The camera provides me with peace of mind for those late nights when I’m stuck in the office. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I wish it would have sound.

It is great when it works. But many times it doesn't connect. My dog is scared of the treat dispenser because it is so loud and forceful. I may have got a defective camera because every time I turn it on, it shoots treats like 5x, scaring him. It also will randomly shoot out without me touching it. I wish it didn't even have that function, or maybe a way to turn it off.

My husband and I recently brought a new puppy into our home and was worried about leaving him during the day. My husband works from home and is in and out throughout the day. I work as well. We purchased the Petzi and could not be happier with it! I can watch him throughout the day and know he’s fine. The reassurance of knowing our little guy is safe and we can see him, means the world to us.The camera is very clear.. it’s just amazing. I did all the research... this is the one to buy! You will not be disappointed!

So this is fine when it works, but there are some issues. It doesn't always connect the camera to the app. It even happens inside the house sometimes, so distance isn't the issue. The camera and app also have a delay of several seconds between each other. Beware the treats you can use can't be over 1" and not soft. This severely limits what you can use with the treat dispenser. I have a 95 pound dog, so this is nothing to him. I would love a version to dispense larger treats. The treat dispenser also doesn't work every time, so that is a shame. It isn't easy to get the treats inside either. You have to remove the plastic cover, which can take a lot of effort.
