Phycox has developed and carries a quality line of hypoallergenic products for use in cases of canines with food allergies. All of their hypoallergenic products are made with the same ingredients as their other products (including Phycox patented and highly effective anti-inflammatory Phycox) but do not contain the common ingredients that cause allergic reactions in dogs.
Phycox HypoAllergenic (HA) Small Bites Canine Soft Chews are part of Phycox's hypoallergenic range and were designed with smaller dogs in mind. The small size of the Small Bites makes them ideal for small to mid-sized dogs that weigh between 5 and 30 pounds. To make them suitable for dogs with food allergies, Phycox HypoAllergenic Small Bites Canine Soft Chews are formulated with absolutely no mammalian protein or grain. These flavorful chews are therefore guaranteed to not contain beef, chicken or wheat, the most common canine allergens. The rich, natural (and highly appealing) flavor is Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, which is a low molecular weight protein, derived from soybeans. This flavor is hypoallergenic and should not cause problems in dogs with allergies.

Makes my 10 year-old dog act younger
By CarolineJ on Jul 4, 2020
Our vet recommended this supplement three years ago, for my 10 year-old maltipoo who has arthritis and pinched nerve issues. I give her one a day, and our whole family will say that she acts so much younger than before Phycox. Will she eat it by itself? No! It is "medicine." So, I break it in half and dip each piece in a small amount of peanut butter. This has become a bedtime treat, and she will sit by the cabinet at night to get her "peanut butter."

Terrible. My dogs will not even hold these in their mouths.
By Susanem3 on Jun 20, 2020
Never have both my dogs refused to eat a cookie of any kind. They both drop these out of their mouths immediately and refuse to eat them. Amazing!

My Dog Did Not Like The Taste
By Customer on Oct 11, 2019
I have a 9-year old small dog that is starting to have some joint issues. My vet suggested that I get a joint supplement. I ordered the Phycox supplement from Chewy.com. I initially tried to feed my dog a whole supplement bite, but she wouldn't eat it. I resorted to cutting the supplement bite into very small pieces and placed it along with her dog food. She ate around these small pieces, so I called Chewy.com com who immediately refunded my money. Excellent customer service!

My dog didn't like these....
By Luna on Dec 11, 2019
I'm not sure how well these work because my dog won't eat them. They have a chocolatey smell. For some reason she doesn't like them at all so I will be donating to our shelter.

My Dogs Love These!
By PomMom on Oct 6, 2019
Two of my dogs have dislocating patellas in their back legs. They are nine year olds, and these help their mobility as they get older. Plus, they love the taste, which makes it easier to give to them.

Seems to work
By ndn1fan on Jan 20, 2019
We were asked by our vet to use this product on our Jack Russell Terrier when she was very young. She has a congenital deformity in her front legs and has trouble walking when she's tired, or when her legs get cold. She has used Phycox HA for over 5 years now and, while I have no real statistics to prove their worth, she does seem to be holding her own as far as an 11-year-old Jack. Nothing holds her back, including running in the woods, digging holes, chasing squirrels and frisbees, and playing in the snow. I would recommend Phycox HA for anyone who has a pup with arthritis or joint issues. As far as buying this product from Chewy, Oh. My. Gosh.....we normally pay about $45 for each jar; We were asked by our vet to use this product on our Jack Russell Terrier when she was very young. Noticeable difference in how my pup feels
By Sabre75 on Jan 23, 2019
Since I've started giving these to my 9-year-old Yorkie I've noticed he has a bit less trouble getting around. It also seems to have helped with his slipping kneecap, which may just be from him limping less thanks to the joint supplement. My only complaint is that the chews are a bit dry and tough. We have to smoosh them a bit for him to be able to chew them.
