    LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I tried these for free due to my significant other knowing the owners of the company. Our dog has some allergies to certain grains and proteins, and these have never upset her skin at all! Her being a mix of lab and american bulldog, she's very smart and catches on to everything, so of course- she started to spit the pill out and eat the treat. I didn't pay close enough attention to the instructions (I mean, it's just a pill pocket, I would think that it's self explanatory, right?) and would put the pill in the first one. This made my smart girl realize what was going on and prompted me to change my tactic. I started to give her the first one with no pill, sometimes a second with no pill, and then she would fall for the trick and not expect the pill. My kiddo does not take daily medication, and I would not recommend these for daily meds just because I give her 2 or 3 pockets every time she needs medication, but I highly recommend these for those kiddos that take occasional meds. Definitely try different tactics with your dog if they're eating the pocket around the pill. I also want to add that these smell absolutely AMAZING! The first time I opened the bag I was tempted to try one myself LOL … more

    Disappointed

The pockets are so unappetizing and difficult to chew, the pills tend to fall out on the floor. Even the package suggests giving an empty pocket to your dog first so they can taste it, then give them one with the pill inside. So, for the price, you're actually having to waste a pocket every time you give a pill. I'm very disappointed and am now on the hunt for a different grain-free pill pocket. I definitely do not recommend this product. … more

    Great for sensitive pets

These pills encasements are the best for my sensitive dogs. My dogs have constant stomach issues with 99% of dog treats, but these pill stashers did not cause any gastric problems at all. (which is extremely rare for my dogs). I have two 90 lb labrachows and they both have severe food allergies. One of them loves every type of food, but the poor thing gets chronic diarrhea from all chicken products, and anything with too many preservatives or added chemicals. The other guy, on top of suffering from food sensitivities, is a super picky eater who tends to pick apart his pill pockets to avoid eating the pills inside. Worked great....easy to cover pill and small enough that the dog just swallows.

    Amazing product

    By on

We tried Pillstashios for our first time this week and my dog LOVES the apple bacon flavor! It's an amazing concept and makes hiding pills a breeze. When my dog is not taking pills for her allergies, we will use these as treats because she loves them so much.

Great, cleaver product for giving my 125 lb pup her meds. She begs for them even without meds inside!
