Description

Give your pooch a boost of vital nutrition with the Plato Small Batch Lamb Bone Broth Dog Supplement. Formulated with your dog’s health in mind, the recipe is cooked in small batches, with whole USA-sourced lamb bones and vegetables like mushrooms and kale, slow simmered for 24 hours to preserve all the good stuff like joint-nourishing chondroitin, collagen, glucosamine and hyaluronic acid, plus natural minerals, antioxidants and glycine to support overall health. This ancient health regimen is not only brimming with tried-and-true nutrition, but it’s also packed with the meaty flavor dogs find irresistible. Just pour it over your pal’s freeze dried, kibble or raw diet for a boost of nose-to-tail goodness in every bowl.

Key Benefits
  • Made with USA-sourced lamb bones and vegetables that are slow-simmered for 24 hours to lock in flavor and nutrients, with nothing artificial.
  • Helps support healthy cartilage and supple joints with natural chondroitin, glucosamine and hyaluronic acid.
  • Ancient recipe is loaded with antioxidants and minerals naturally extracted through slow-cooking, and a meaty flavor that’s great for picky eaters.
  • Supports normal kidney and liver health with glycine, an essential amino acid, and skin and coat health with collagen.
  • Easy way to make meals more nutritious by pouring over food, and made with only whole-form ingredients locally-sourced from farmers and ranchers in the San Joaquin Valley, California.

Helpful Tips

Since it’s made with a single-source animal protein, it can also be great for dogs with sensitivities or on limited ingredient diets. You can also give it to your kitty, since it’s totally safe and just as nutritious and tasty for cats. To feed to cats, pour over kibble or wet food for a boost of nutrition and hydration.

Dogs love the flavor and I love the benefits to them

    By on

I have a 12 year old Lab/Hound mix and a 6 year old Golden/Lab mix. I had heard of the benefits of bone broth and wanted to give it a try, particularly for my older dog. I was buying some organic beef bone broth at the store, but I wanted to try one specifically for dogs and with lamb instead of beef. My dogs LOVE this broth, which I pour on top of their dry kibble at their morning and evening meals. I use the recommended two tablespoons per serving. My Golden/Lab mix is usually slow to eat, but he gobbles down his food with the broth on top. I have noticed that my Lab/Hound has a shinier black coat, and she is feeling great. I would highly recommend this broth supplement to anyone who wants I have a 12 year old Lab/Hound mix and a 6 year old Golden/Lab mix. Four paws down

Sorry to say that Mr. Fussy has, again, voted down something to entice him to eat dog food! But, I must say that I was disappointed, too. I felt sure that real bone broth would be the answer! I thought that bone broths would, at least, have the aroma of the meat. I bought two different flavors from two different companies. None of them smelled like the meat to me, either. So, Cooper and I continue our search for a dog food, or supplement, that will make his dog food tasty. Have I mentioned that I HATE having a fussy eater? Chewy has been EXTREMELY helpful in my quest. But my fussy boy, so far, hates every food I’ve given him, other than homemade. Dog gives this a 4 paws up

    By on

My 10 yr old lab recently decided his food is boring, so I decided to try some of this lamb bone broth. Well by day two I was getting barking, dancing and vigorous tail wagging when dinner time rolled around and he’d see me heading for the fridge to get the bottle. He loves the taste and I love that it contains additional nutrients for him

    Bone Broth full flave scent

    By on

I wanted to add something healthy to the kibble and the product looked decent. I do not have any complaints, my dogs ate it gratefully. Though the scent of all the vegetables probably made them hesitate a little, being not used to it.

My dog is picky and he loves this stuff. I like the nutritional value and the size is good for one dog to use before it expires.

Rudy LOVES his lamb, Two paws up.

    By on

I always knew that Plato was a great company and when I found out they were coming out with their own bone broth line I was very excited because my boy Rudy has always loved Plato's dog treats. Being he is 11 and I've read what the benefits of bone broth can do I decided to start him on it and ever since I did he has been so energetic and will drink the stuff straight as is. No complaints here except for maybe an easier to pour bottle.
