    Giving me peace of mind

    I bought the Pod almost two years ago after trying a different cat tracker, which fell off within a few hours and was extremely bulky. Setting up the Pod was a little difficult and it took a few hours to actually get it to connect, but after the initial setup it has been a amazing. Setting up the Pod was a little difficult and it took a few hours to actually get it to connect, but after the initial setup it has been a amazing. My cat goes outside daily and I am paranoid about him getting lost, which is why I wanted a tracker. I love the app and even though it's not super accurate, it tells me where my cat is within 10-20 feet. I always get a warning when he leaves the "home zone", so I can go and bring him back in. The batteries have been very good, considering he is out of the Wi-Fi zone 90% of the time. He is outside for about 4-6 hours a day and I charge the batteries about twice a week. There are also two batteries, so when one is charging, I can use the other one. I also get a warning way before the battery actually dies, so a dead battery has never been an issue. The Pod itself is not too bulky, and my cat only weighs 9 lbs. The only negative I have for the Pod is that the daily statistics are never correct. It mainly shows that my cat has been sleeping for 20 minutes every day, even when he runs around for the whole day and barely sits down.     company lost cell contract with their provider

    pods no loner works as they lost their GPS contract with their provider Vadaphone , they have sent emails out to current customers that state they don't no when service will be restored, if ever no replacements will be provided by them

    Not worth our time

    We purchased our POD May 2017. It took 6 months to get to us. At first the POD worked somewhat, it would not update and often the location was very far off showing our dog was the neighbor’s house but was sitting on the couch with us. After only a couple months of having the POD the batteries began losing charge really quick. We figured this was an issue with the tracker and not being on wifi might be draining the battery. However after checking and re-checking to make sure the tracker was set up correctly we continued to see problems eventually the POD battery would not hold for even a 12hr period. We were in contact with the their customer service apparently the warranty is only 90 days which We purchased our POD May 2017. It took 6 months to get to us. At first the POD worked somewhat, it would not update and often the location was very far off showing our dog was the neighbor’s house but was sitting on the couch with us. We were in contact with the their customer service apparently the warranty is only 90 days which is a little pathetic considering its technology which can often be glitchy and it’s a startup which from the reviews has had issues in the past. After going back and forth for some time and POD sending us replacement batteries to try these all proved not successful they sent us a new POD entirely. Unfortunately the new POD does not work at all now at this point. This is a massive disappointment. We went with POD and not whistle or another more established tracker because it was a startup. But I do not suggest doing that. We spent a lot of money to keep our pup safe and have had nothing but trouble at this point. I will only give two stars based on the fact they did attempt to work with us with our initial POD tracker and did send us a replacement even though that too was a dud. I do not recommend this product save your time and spend a couple extra dollars to go with a more established tracker. … more

    Was far from impressed

    I was not impressed with this item at all. I bought it for my cat who likes his outdoor adventures. I found the app to be impossible to figure out, it is not very user friendly. I liked the size of the tracker, and I liked how easy it was to change out the batteries but the app constantly said the battery was dead even though it wasn't. I also was under the impression that I would be able to see where my cat was that day and track his route, unfortunately that is not the case and I can only track his current location. I will be returning this and ordering a different brand.
