Devastated at this expensive mistake

Same story as another reviewer. Dog has cancer, being put down the next day, did not like the first take of the impression, then the stuff hardened too much to try again. If it did not have to be rolled into a ball to do the impression then it would not be so difficult. Not worth the risk of such an expensive irreversible mistake

Wonderful Product & Company

All you have to do is follow very simple instructions. I was even able to have additional items made from my cast by contacting Precious Metal Prints, they were so kind and accommodating. Highly recommended.

I’ve never been so upset

My dog had cancer and had to be put down. I wanted this necklace of her nose print so bad so I can always have a piece of her with me. When they say the mixture dries fast it dries FAST. I got the chance to make one impression and didn’t like the way it came out so I went to re do it right away and it had already dried. I called chewy and they said they couldn’t overnight me another one and she was to be put down the next day. I was and still am crushed. If you want to avoid this experience either buy another kit or buy it way in advance. I can’t even speak on the quality of the jewelry because I never got it.
