Cats don't like it, and neither do I
This is one of those purchases that makes you feel like you took a 20 dollar bill and just threw it out the window. Not only is it ugly, but the cats immediately scratched up the fake leather top part so it looks terrible, and have not touched the burlap part that they are supposed to scratch. It doesn't hang down straight, either. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Not the best
This is a great concept but doesn't lay flat. Alternatively, tried it on top of a chair's seat cushion, securing it by tucking it between the seat and back pillow cushion then the 'smoother' portion over the back pillow. but my kittens found their way over, around and under it. PUrchased kitty 'stop scratch' tape to compensate for the gaps etc. Bottom line, the idea is great. I would not recommend this and would not purchase it again. I put in an additional order to CHEWY for blanket throws to cover the furniture I need to protect.
Works well
I like this furniture protector. It keeps my little devil from tearing up my chair only the whole chair needs to be covered now!
The Length
I needed this to go over the side of my pit that has a chase lounge. After tucking it in under the cushions, only about 6 inches went down the side. So, if you have any heigth to your couch, it will not cover the whole side. I tried it on the old couch we have upstairs and it was still 4 inches short of covering to the bottom of the side. I believe it is a good product for the right sized couch. It is well made and delivery was quick.
Does the job
Got this for my cloth chair and so far it’s working and my furniture is being saved ! Came bent but after straightening it out it works like a charm
