Appears weak

The clip that buckles to your dogs harness is very small and looks like it would not hold in an accident. The belt itself is thin nylon and looks like it would be easily ripped.

Doesn't stay in the position it is set to

The strap and fasteners are fine but the plastic buckle slides downward as we are traveling, so it becomes longer than it was originally set to which is unacceptable. I will probably try duct taping it as another user has done. I had previously borrowed one (another brand) from a friend and it did not have this problem.

Safe car rides

Two wiggly hounds recently adopted have no car riding manners. They had managed to wriggle and wiggle under, around and over the sturdy back seat barrier to either under the front seats or into the front seats and driver lap. Rather dangerous for hounds and driver. These seat belts are the solution to safety for all. Very Easy to install into existing seat belt receiver and easily clips on to harness. Hounds at first protested a bit at being restricted, but got over it. Simple simple simple success and answer to safety concerns. Thanks, Chewy.

Doesn't stay in position

The strap and fasteners are fine but the buckle slides so it lengthens from whatever length it is set to. I tried stitching it at the position I wanted it but that wasn't enough so I ducktaped it at the correct position and now the buckle doesn't slide and the length remains constant.
