NOT made for ferrets at ALL
While, for the sale price of 150ish, it's not a horrible deal, you're probably better off saving for a ferret nation, or any that have two doors instead of one on each level, AND ones that DONT HAVE WIRE FLOORS. The ONLY thing this cage has going for it is the fact that it has a bit of room. Everything else is just not truly made for ferrets. The bar spacing is too large, the floors are WIRE which is definitely not appropriate for ferrets, only one door opens which makes this cage significantly hard to clean, and it's just overall not very sturdy once put together. Definitely just going to use this temporarily and save for a different one.
Uugggg missing parts
Thanks to pet store, we ended up with a male and female Guinea pig. Needed this ASAP to separate them. It arrived on Friday. Ran in to put it together and it is missing several parts. Called customer service, nice enough but cannot get part out until Monday. I appreciate their help but feel quality control should have been better and caught missing parts! Box arrived intact and tape intact so this was not a shipping issue.

I felt like I gave my chinchilla a deluxe penthouse. He died recently. I have no plans to replace him. The cage is so nice, though, that I'm going to keep it. I can use it as a good-looking book shelf. Right now, it's a cat bunk bed.

Good quality
Got it for my chinchilla, arrived in manufacturing package, no damaged or missing parts, good quality: all parts fit as expected, it took for a while to put it together but it is possible to do that for one person.

Roomy but about all it has going for it...
Pros: Decently roomy for 2 ferrets Bottom shelf (small one) Rolls Cons...oh the cons. For one, the cage only opens on one side which is a pain to clean. The platforms are a pain to get in there too especially since the side they go on is welded shut and as a ferret owner we know cleaning the cage is for sure a necessity. The ramps don't stay on, I had to zip tie them on because any time one of my ferrets just slightly bumped it, the ramp would fall. There is a bottom shelf to it but can't fit much on it. It has a wire bottom which is not good for ferret feet. My bottom door broke in less than a month so it's not hard to break either. Definitely worth it to just save the extra money and go for the ferret nation.
Chinchillas love this cage!
This is the 2nd cage we have bought for chinchillas.. Our daughter has acquired 3 chinchillas .. Her female has her own double cage the boys are new and are being bonded and share the cage top to one and bottom to the other for now but after they are bonded they will share the whole double cage.. Got this cage 2 day order right before xmas , the same ones in the store was triple the price.. I will come back always for more stuff from chewy! This cage cage is 10*s too!!
For those who wonder
This is not a rat friendly cage. For starters alone, the bar spacing is a smidge too big. I haven't gotten to the point where I could check yet but I noticed a "grate". If this is for the bottom of the cage, it's very much not appropriate for rodents as it can cause bumble foot.
