Great for my robo hamster
This cage has made my robo very happy with all the space she has to explore. The exercise wheels included might be too small for most hamsters (even dwarves), which is why I’ve given only 4 stars, but she’s loved using the little hideout, and I was able to fit a 9-inch third party wheel in the cage. Definitely recommend this for any dwarf/hamster owner, but as mentioned in other reviews it might be too small for larger pets.
Playhouse for hamster
The product was exactly as described. It was missing attaching hooks to bottom. The staging platforms were also backwards. Without the attaching hooks, the top does not stay secure and an active hamster could cause it to topple.
Fancy Rats review for Prevue habitat
This cage was pretty easy to set up. It has a decent amount of space for my 2 adult fancy Rats. The wheels are too small for rats, and They didn’t like to use the tubes. I think they’re more for hamsters. The cage itself is a bit flimsy. The floors are flimsy and don’t stay in place which is annoying. The door placement on the cage is not that great either. They like the little house even though it’s really small (again more for a hamster I think) I’m giving it 3 stars bc it’s a decent size cage. Just not sure if it works for us yet.
Not happy
There was a part missing and when I called the manufacturer to get a replacement they wanted me to jump through hoops. It was a simple piece that secured the hamster home. Overall I am not happy with this product. I paid over $70 and it’s just cheap plastic that does not match up. Bad purchase.
Great new home!
We got this to upgrade from a smaller cage. The hamsters love it! and the wheels are so much quieter.
One of my hamsters escaped the first night... I have 2 Chinese dwarf hamsters. Still trying to locate the 2nd

I haven’t used it yet but I built it to see where I could put it and it’s huge just the right size for hamsters or rats. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have two dwarf hamster that needed more space and places to hide. They had started fighting a lot and I was worried they would hurt each other. So far they absolutely love their new cage! ***the extra platform pictured in the photo at the very top of the cage was one i chose to add from my previous cage. NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PURCHASE!***
