Sturdy stand alone gate
By ownedbydogs on Jan 21, 2021
I purchased this gate very skeptically as a stand alone, because my house can be chaotic. But I just repainted and I didn’t want anything in the walls. I also ordered two sets of feet because I was sure I would need them. The gate came first and we put it up, and it’s very sturdy. We quickly taught the dogs not to touch it. They will nose it and it doesn’t tip. However, to keep it standing, you have to keep a V shape in the panels. It’s that shape that keeps it standing. If you do need the full length span, I would recommend feet. Since I already ordered the feet, I have added them just in case a cat jumps the fence and knocks it over. The feet make it just an extra level of solid. I am really I purchased this gate very skeptically as a stand alone, because my house can be chaotic. Heavy but very nice and effective.
By Mary on Jan 18, 2021
This is a quite heavy piece of equipment, but i think that's part of why it works so well. I used it to block an area of my living room off so that my elderly cat would not be pestered as much by my 10 m.o. puppy. Although I don't leave the puppy alone in the living room for too long, as he might either find creative ways around it (over the couch/end table or under the coffee table) or even push one side open, it has been quite effective in keeping him out. It also is quite nice looking. The gate works well too. I would definitely buy this again.

Great Gate
By NTDB on Jan 23, 2021
Gate is as advertised. Good quality and actually looks like a nice piece of furniture. I got it to keep the dogs out of the family room when Im not home. Intended to take it down when I am at home. But it looks so good, I just leave it up now. Its heavy enough that my 3 small dogs cant knock it over. (I got the 36"). I also like that it has the accessories (feet and wall anchor) if needed. So far, I haven't needed it.

Excellent gate
By AMU359 on Jan 16, 2021
I bought this gate to help keep our 3 dogs out of the kitchen. It works great. The space is open so I put it from the fridge to the counter and they can’t get in. The door is a little small but we make it work. We also just got a puppy and I’ve used the gate in different ways to contain her.

Perfect for my needs
By CatsAndDogs on Jan 14, 2021
I needed a long gate to keep two small dogs out of the formal living room and this is perfect. It looks very nice. The dogs don't mess with it, so I don't have a problem with them knocking it over and didn't need the extra support feet. The gate is easy access when I want to enter the room. I even ordered another one for another large opening.

Very Versatile
By Shadow on Jan 9, 2021
We purchased 2 of these as well as an extension gate for our small puppy. The gates are solid construction and are pretty sturdy when angled. We move them around the kitchen as needed, blocking exits, as a barrier to our cats food, or form into a doggy pen.

Nice product and excellent customer service
By oceana on Dec 20, 2020
Easy to set up and sturdier than I was expecting. Love having the walk-through gate. Shipped super fast (even during the holidays). I ordered the extra feet/stabilizers that go with it, but ended up not needing them and customer service was fantastic handing the return.

Huge waste of money
By xxxx on Dec 6, 2020
Yes, this gate does act as a barrier, but if you have dogs who will even lightly jump up or lean against the gate, it will just topple over (I even bought 2 sets of feet to try to help stabilize it). I have a Labrador and a PitBull; this really does nothing to contain them - if they want to get through it. Very disappointing.

Works great!
By Abbysmom on Dec 25, 2020
Purchased this for a 72" wide opening and it works great. Definitely stable as long as you put a couple bends in it. I did not order the optional feet.. Very easy for people to pass through the door opening as well. Would definitely recommend.

Gate Door Broke After A Day
By MamaofBelle on Oct 25, 2020
We were initially excited when we got the gate, it looks nice and has very minimal assembly required (it's just the spring loaded latch that you install). It annoyed my boyfriend that the door didn't align correctly at the bottom, the corner sticks out a tiny bit, but that's not a huge deal since the gap is still too small for a puppy to get through. I think it was mishandled during delivery because there are a couple scuffs but since I fully expect my growing puppy to nibble on it out of curiosity, still not a big deal. The reason for my review is that after a day's use the door broke! I opened it and the bottom of the door fell apart. It looks like they either don't use glue to finish We were initially excited when we got the gate, it looks nice and has very minimal assembly required (it's just the spring loaded latch that you install).
