Who Can Use ProDen PlaqueOff® and How Should It Be Used?
It can be used by all cats and dogs, and we recommend starting when the animal has got its permanent teeth. The dosage depends on the weight of the animal.
How Long Can I Give My Pet ProDen PlaqueOff®?
The product should be given regularly in accordance with the dosage instructions. Results can usually be seen within 2-3 weeks. The positive effect can be seen as long as the product is taken, but disappears when you stop using it. The product is safe and can be used continuously.
Is ProDen PlaqueOff® Safe to Use If Your Dog or Cat Has Thyroid Problems?
Animals having problems with the thyroid gland must be careful with their intake of iodine. Since algae, including Ascophyllum nodosum, have a naturally high iodine content, we do not recommend that animals with thyroid problems use this product without a prior consultation with a veterinarian.
Can Pregnant and Lactating Cats and Dogs Use ProDen PlaqueOff®?
No studies have been carried out with specific focus on the effects of ProDen PlaqueOff® on pregnant or lactating animals. Therefore, we do not recommend giving the product to pets that are pregnant or lactating.
Can I Stop Brushing My Dog´s Teeth?
ProDen PlaqueOff® Powder is not a substitute for tooth brushing. It is a complement to brushing and the combination will help remove plaque and tartar and keep your pet’s mouth clean.

slow, but surely wins the race
By BorisMom on Feb 2, 2019
For the first dog(13#):This seems like it is working, but slowly. I can tell that there is less plaque on the lighter area/teeth, but the one that was really bad, still looks pretty bad, (but better). It's been about 3 1/2 weeks. I've been giving him 1 spoon (included) per day. For the dog that started with just cleaned teeth, (a little dog, 10#)I've gone from 1/2 spoon to one spoon in the last week. He wouldn't let me see his back teeth, molar type after they had just been cleaned, and there looks like a light stain might be present now (though I think that it's long term tartar stains leftover from previous. I'm having trouble getting the cat to eat the food I sprinkle with the powder,so For the first dog(13#):This seems like it is working, but slowly. To Soon to Tell
By Pat73 on Jan 27, 2019
I rated you a five for your always prompt service and pricing. My Golden doesn't have bad breath but he does have some plaque. Because he is a rescue and no one is sure of his age, I chose not to have him anesthetized and to try this instead. Much easier on my dog and cheaper. If this works, I will never put another pet under to get their teeth cleaned.

Teeth problem
By Kota on Feb 13, 2019
When we got our dog, we discovered she had no plague on her teeth which made her sensitive to hard or cold things. We’ve only been using this for a few weeks but notice that her teeth look more white. This product will definitely be a part of our daily regimen!

Serious bad breath for years
By Trina on Jan 25, 2019
I am writing this review in the hope it helps someone else. I have two beagles, one of whom has had serious bad breath for years. I have been able to smell it even when his mouth is closed. The smell has gotten worse lately. Nothing has helped. I even bought that expensive green toothbrush the dog chews to brush his own teeth. I saw this product and ordered it. I have been using it twice a day for only one week (two tiny scoops with each feeding). Tonight I noticed.....THE SMELL IS GONE!! I really didnt think it would work but it did! I am so happy and my boy was so proud of himself after I fussed over his new stink-free face! It works...period!

Took a while, but it has helped a lot
By CarrieBoss on Dec 5, 2018
I started this product back in early August with the small jar. After a little over a month the only improvement I found in my three dogs was the plaque chipped off when I scraped it with my fingernail. My girls are under 20 lbs and get 1 scoop while my big boy is a whopping 130 lbs and gets 3. I decided to continue and bought the next size up. Now after almost 4 months, I can see a huge difference in big boy. He is around 8 and had a lot of tartar buildup. This product has eaten the vast majority of that target. I'm adding chews to their regime to help further remove plaque in addition to this product.

this is great stuff! we use just a couple of the small scoops a day right over the food for our our golden retriever and could tell immediately that it cleans the plaque right off and keeps his breath clean.

So far, so good
By Steph on Jan 13, 2019
It's too soon to tell how effective this will be for my dogs' teeth, but I'm pleased that they seem to like having it added to their food. That's definitely a good start. Especially for my 19-year-old, whose oral hygiene is the biggest problem! I'll leave an updated review in a few weeks.

The jury is still out
By Boomerman44 on Jan 22, 2019
I have just started to use the supplement so I don’t have any opinions about it yet. It does not have a bad smell and my dog doesn’t seem to mind it on his food. Time will tell how much it will work.

Too soon to diagnose
By Phyllis on Dec 23, 2018
I bought the small bottle first and their breath got better! I cannot tell if their teeth were better but when I ran out of it about 2-3 weeks later the odor came back. So its doing something. Very easy to use, although if you get he small bottle when it gets low it is hard to get the scoop out.

did not notice a difference
By Tigerba on Jan 17, 2019
I bought this back in early September 2018 after reading some reviews. It’s been over 3 months that I’ve been adding half a spoon for my 9lb Chihuahua at dinner time. I have not noticed a difference.
