  • Awesome Purchase. Once again.

    By on

I receive my prescription cat food from Chewy on auto ship monthy. I haven't had any problems what-so-ever. I ordered a smaller cat cage in November of 2017 and decided to order this large cat enclosure in December of 2017. Can't beat the quality and price. So glad I found Chewy.com.

  • Great Cage Horrible Directions

    By on

Nice sized cage for a kitten but need s small litter box and bed as not enough floor space. Directions were extremely lacking with a few photos and no clear instructions on what to do.

  • Good but incomplete

    By on

I ordered two of these cages. One came complete. The other was missing the nuts for the wheels which meant a trip to the hardware store.

  • ProSelect Foldable Cat Cage

    By on

The cage is fairly lightweight to carry before assembly. My cats absolutely love their new home. It was a very smart purchase on my part. I recommend this cage for other small pets you might have. It's not just for cats.

  • A very nice size for one or two cats

    By on

You will needed two persons to unfold and assemble this cage. It's not that easy to assemble it and then fold it down. But, it is solid.

  • A good place to start for confining cats

    By on

This cage is a great basic design for holding a cat or group of kittens, or a couple of bonded cats. However, with just the shelves, it's very boring, so I add a platform in the middle, and a hammock near the top. The middle platform I call the living/dining room. It's made by placing a 4-5" high cardboard fruit crate (24"x16") on top of two shelves. The shelves are placed just above the bottom door on each side. The cardboard flat is held in place with zip ties attaching it to the back side of the cage. Lined with a blanket or piece of carpeting, the cats can lounge and eat here. I use the plastic clip on bowls, made by Lixit. The third shelf is placed about 10" from the top of the cage This cage is a great basic design for holding a cat or group of kittens, or a couple of bonded cats. The litter box goes in the bottom. Pick a litter box that can pass through the door, but is large enough to accommodate an adult cat. Cover the top of the cage with one full side of the cardboard box that the cage came in, and then cover that with a blanket that hangs down on the sides of the cage, enough to completely hide the sleeping/hammock area. Now the cats have a private place to sleep out of sight, too. The cats get a three story house and seem to be very happy with the variety of places to be. Add some toys and the cats will be comfortable, with toilet, eating, lounging, play, and sleeping. … more

  • Limitations

    By on

As a senior citizen I find the cages difficult to clean as I have to get down on my hands and knees to cleanup the litter from the bottom shelf.

  • This cage is very heavy and does not fold easily.

    By on

The pro cage is heavy and sturdy but it does not fold easy and is awkward to move around. Not very portable, the old tokoyo cages were better for travel. This one is quite heavy. Its alright if you just want a cage to leave in place.
