Works well

My vet prescribed Optimmune for my senior dog and it’s very expensive. Suppose to be on it the rest of her life twice a day. I saw this was recommended by another for their dog’s dry eye and using this as one dosage and Optimmune one dosage a day and worked for her dog’s eyes. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks puralube in pm and Optimmune in am, so far it’s working very well and it’s saving me money.

Great for severe dry eye syndrome

This has really helped with my dog. My vet suggested this to add to his daily optiimmune ointment.

Sorry company

My product was damaged and for the eyes. I reached out to the company and did not receive any contact back or help with my issue.

Can’t stop gel from oozing out

The product works but I have lost over half of a tube because I can’t stop it from leaking out of the tip after I’m finished. Even if I press lightly, two-three times as much keeps oozing out after I’m finished. The packaging needs to be improved to prevent this.

Excellent ophthalmic lubricant!

I have a Rescue pup born with many issues including very shallow eye sockets. So shallow, he can't blink. So we use this ointment at night to keep his eyes moist and hydrated. Excellent product!

Puralube Vet Ointment

The ointment is a God send! My 12 year old cocker spaniel recently developed blindness. Her eyes become “goopie” over night and the eyelids stick together. The ointment keeps her eyelids from sticking together and I can use it more than once a day. My vet said that I absolutely could use it to help with this problem.

It works well!

Adopted an older cat who had a weepy eye with brownish discharge. Applied ointment with a cotton ball, and after a week the discharge was gone. Good product.

Not helping

I sure was hoping for something to help my Tzu, but this does not seem to be doing the trick. I guess her dry eye is too severe and we will be obtaining a prescription ointment/drop.
