Disappointed to say the least
Absolute junk. Says it has a clean time of 80 mins and I’m lucky to get 20-30 out of it after it’s been on the charger for over a day. Just turned it on now and it ran for 10 mins tops, fully charged. Spends more time trying to get itself back to the charger than actually cleaning. Has great suction and picks up dirt well, but certainly doesn’t run even close to what’s advertised. Was going to send it back, but honestly I slacked and waited too long. Very disappointed
Takes some attention, but doesn't get broken by hair
This little guy will not take you from a fur covered house to a perfect clean. It's reusable canister is too small for that. But the feeder brushes are removable, so after it picks up all of my long human hair, it's easy to clean the brushes, empty the canister, and put him back to work. It does a pretty good job of picking up fur, human hair, kitty litter, and small trash items as long as the canister has space. It's short enough that it runs under all of my chairs and my couch and nests for recharge under a console table. I caught this on sale, and am really happy with it.
Can't recommend
We really wanted to like this vacuum but there were too many obstacles to overcome. First off, we learned that we needed to run around picking up our Soggy Dog mats as the vacuum gets stuck on them. Next up, the battery only seems to last about a half hour or so. This leads to the next problem. Evidently, in order for this unit to automatically return to its dock when the battery begins to get low, it requires line-of-site. This poses a huge problem in that, unless it's in the same room as the docking station, it can't see its way back. We constantly had to go pick it up and place it near the dock. We contacted the manufacturer. They wanted us to answer a plethora of questions in addition to sending them a video and pictures. You can NOT speak to anyone at this company by phone. All chat and email. No thank you!!! Wasn't worth the effort. Called Chewy and they gave us a preprinted label to send it back to them. No better Customer Support in the industry than Chewy.
less than impressed
I have a staffy lab mix with a short coat. I'm thoroughly unimpressed by this. I have to run it on a daily basis to keep up with her shedding, whereas with a regular upright vacuum cleaner I only have to vacuum once a week. The suction power is inadequate to clean things like spilled sugar or rice, and strands of my long hair literally tie it up in knots. It's quieter than my old upright, which makes vacuuming less stressful for the dog, which is nice.
Not Bad for the Price
I am still “playing” with the vacuum and getting to know how to work it with remote. I have an Irish Terrier that when she sheds you don’t see the fur until you have a lot of light, or using the regular vacuum cleaner with its light and you see the little balls of fur along the baseboards. I purchased this to mainly do “edges” every day so I don’t have to lift regular vacuum off the wall and push the vacuum, which bothers my back. I can’t afford a Robo brand and this looked like something that would work. So, as I said, I’m still learning how to work it, but it seems fine. The only thing I found was that the charge didn’t seem to last as long as expected. It had been on the charger “home” for 3 days before I had time to “play” with it. I also couldn’t get it to go “home”. It worked well despite me still learning how to operate it.
Great product but...
Love the idea of this product to vacuum up pet hair however, it would be even better if we could get it to run for more than 1/2 hour

Better than the last....but still room to improve
I got this vacuum to replace a "fancier" Shark robot that started clanking unbearably about a year after I bought it. When it vacuums, it is LOUD -- but loud like a vacuum, not like a broken machine, so I don't mind it as much (most of the time). It's also not very smart, but it does usually eventually make it back to the dock when you ask it to (with the remote). The scheduling function has a lot of room to improve, but hey, at least it has a scheduling function. Overall, I wish I had gotten this on sale, but it's not so bad that I'm going to return it. It's very fine, it vacuums stuff up pretty well (although it has a SMALLLLL container for the things it vacuums up). You can probably get a better vacuum in this price range, especially on sale.
Ruby is great!
We named her Ruby and she's a fine maid. We let her just do her own thing and she does great. My husband ran our sweeper right before we got her and she picked up so much more cat hair and dust. We run her every couple of days wand she still finds more than our regular sweeper did. She does not have an appointment for the phone but since we're retired, we're always home anyway.
Vacuum gift
It was a gift for our daughter. She really likes it. Said it cleans good,quieter than she thought likes the hepa filter that comes with it and easy to use and clean.
