    Salmon Oil

Great product. We have a golden retriever and this product makes his coat so soft. Just a few squirts on his food and he gobbles in right up. Colby loves it!

This is an amazing product. I love that I can autoship and save a little more on it then from buying it elsewhere. I notice a huge improvement with my dogs.

    Salmon Oil - Not.

    By on

I have ordered this product several times from various sellers in the past few years. However, the bottle I received Fall of 2017 contained something that was NOT salmon oil. Salmon oil has a distinctive color (Salmon color, actually) and smell. What was in the bottle was nearly clear with only a slight yellowish tinge and virtually odorless. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked for a photo of the code number from the bottom of the bottle. It was printed in dark blue on the brown bottle; difficult to read, impossible to photograph. When I responded back to their customer service with that info, they became extremely rude and closed the case. Not knowing what was really in the bottle, I was afraid to give it to my dogs and threw it out. I'm aware there was a shortage of salmon oil at the time, but I'd much rather see an 'out of stock' message than pay good money for who-knows-what. So I'm out the $$ and haven't bought anything from Chewy or Pure Paw since. … more

    Great for picky eaters!

    By on

Not only do my dogs wait to eat until they get their 2 pumps of Salmon Oil on their food, but then they scarf it down. They used to be picky and I had to constantly change their food, but now they can't wait to eat. My older guy hand some bad dandruff last year and after using this, his hair is much softer and no signs of dandruff. I recommended this to everyone, especially those with picky eaters, and it has helped a lot of dog moms! Bonuses are that it's also good for their joints and heart. It's a staple in our house now.

    Cat and Dog love it

    By on

So far so good. Both the cat and the dog love the taste. We will see in a few weeks what it does to their coats. The cat has a bit of dander and a dry coat. The dog just likes the tasty, his fur is a little course, not sure if it will help or now. I really just love spoiling them. I will update this review if it makes a big difference in either of their coats.

    My dogs love the taste

    By on

I only rated this a three star, because I haven't been using it but for a few days. The dogs don't turn their noses up- but I have dogs that'll eat anything- and I mean anything. I am anxious to see what benefits we will have. I'm hoping for less shedding and better coat conditioning. I am hoping for stronger bone and muscle on my elder dog that has some atrophy in his hind end. It has a great squirt pump and is easy to use. Recommended to be stored in refrigerator as this is pure oil, no preservatives- toporpheral.
