Adult Dogs: Feed one 10 oz container per 9-11 lbs. of body weight daily, divided into two or more meals. Adjust feeding amount as needed to maintain ideal body condition. For your pet's health, see your veterinarian regularly.

Transition Instructions

You should consider transitioning gradually to new pet foods to help eliminate any digestive issues. We recommend consumers introduce a new pet food over a period of 7 - 10 days to help avoid digestive upset. The first day we recommend mixing 10 percent of the new food with 90 percent of the current food. Each day, increase the amount of the new food while decreasing the amount of the current food.

great to mix with other foods

    By on

We mix this with our dog's other foods and he loves it. He was getting bored with the canned options. Adding a couple spoons of this mixed in makes him feel like he is getting a treat. Little pricier than the cans we get. That is only reason for 4 stars. But mixing makes it go farther.

My dog loves it. Best of all to me, it does not have carrageenan in it. It also purées well, which is where we are now, at 18 years old and going strong.

All three girls like this one..........

    By on Top 250 Contributor

They all like this one, but I was hoping to get a little weight control on the older girl but I just feed her less, but the youngsters lick the bowl clean every meal.

    canine love

    By on

Our dogs love this food! Normally they are obviously happy to eat, but when they see this coming out (we occasionally mix it with their dry food), they go bonkers and can't get it fast enough. To those who are wondering... yes, it has real chunks of meat, rice and veggies in a bit of gravy, and it's less gravy and more chunks.
