I got this food because my picky kitties like the chicken and pumpkin, but sadly this food is very dry and moisture free so they are not fans.
My cat has several allergies and the foods she can eat are limited. Purina Beyond is one of a very few cat foods she can eat. The food must taste great because she loves it.
We have a stray cat that's been coming by for a couple of weeks and we decided to give her the good stuff. We named her Miss Kitty and she licks the bowl clean every time!
Very fresh smell and my three picky cats love it. It has a fresh smell.
Quality nutrition and both boys love it. It gives daddy peace of mind. If your cat will eat it, and you can afford to pay for it, buy it.
Trying my best to get the best commercial cat foods that I can afford which the 2 cats will actually eat. The cats are picky and they quickly tire of the same food so I have to keep changing or rotating their food or else they won't eat it and it gets thrown out after every mealtime... They are stubborn and will go without food rather than eat something they don't like. Fortunately, they like this. There will almost always be undesirable and unnecessary added ingredients related to health, so I won't say this cat food is perfect, but so far it seems to be the best that I could find while still being affordable (so far...), and which the cats actually like. Even the male cat who usually prefers dry food likes this. Being organic is a plus. If I weren't a vegetarian (mostly vegan) who is sickened by the sight, smell, and touch of raw meat and fish, and didn't hate even walking by meat & fish counters in grocery stores, I would make their foods myself so I could control what goes into their food. As it is, after decades of cooking my own foods from scratch I actually now hate cooking and food prep, so I'm not going to make cat food unless it becomes the only option.
My cat loves both the dry food AND the wet version! Thanks for such great service when correcting my order. (ordered DOG food by accident) I remain your loyal customer!
My cat is in her senior years and I am trying to bulk her up a bit, she loves these as a wet food option.
I wanted to get something for my senior to add protein and moisture. He wasn't a fan of this texture and only ate a bit. A couple others turned their noses. One devoured it. I'll go with majority didn't like this but if you have a non picky cat they'll probably like it.
I'm always on the lookout for a lower protein (despite the name, it has a lower protein than most wet foods and that is not a bad thing) and lower phosphorus foods since our cat refuses to eat the prescription kidney care food. He has stage 1 kidney disease. It is a little dry, so I mix in a little warm water to moisten it up. All three of our cats seemed to really like it the first week or so. Even the picky kidney care cat gobbled it up (a rarity for him). So, I ordered more cases because they all really seemed to like it. All three cats have now since changed their mind, apparently, because none of them will touch it. I'm hoping that if I wait a couple weeks and mix in a can here or there that they will eat it because I have a lot of cases to get through now.
