My Dogs Love It!

My dogs love this food. Plus its great nutrition. Used something similar to this about 5 years ago. My dogs loved it but it was grain free which is a no no according to my vet. We switched foods immediately but ultimately this is what my dogs love. My oldest dog has allergies to a lot of foods. But never had problems with Purina One when using it in the past. So happy we could find it not only with grains in it but it also doesn’t have all the bad stuff added to it. I really watch what i feed my dogs and i gotta say. This stuff is great! My dogs look great and are healthy. One is 9 1/2 and the other is 5. This is something i feed both of them. My 9 1/2 year old still plays like a puppy. Both of my dogs are very energetic and at a good weight.

Finn Loves

My Irish Setter Finnegan Loves this food. He is a very slim breed and active breed already so it’s so important that we keep his weight as steady as possible. I love the quality of this food as well as the high protein . and he definitely enjoys the taste. I am not obsessed with the price however it is competitively priced.

Ruby loves it!

Our dog Ruby can be a picky eater. But she loves this food. She likes to pick out softer pieces and then eat the crunchy parts.

Others may wish to participate and that is their prerogative, good for them. Yes, I can just delete, but tired of my inbox filling up with stuff.

Finally a food he's excited about

I have tried many, many boutique brands with my picky eater. I thought he just wasn't food motivated. Then he started having digestion issues. And was lethargic/depressed for a couple of weeks. I ran across some recommendations for this food in a canine nutrition group I'm in. I was nervous because as a puppy he hated the pro plan large breed puppy. But 5 days after making the switch, his digestion has improved, stool quality is stellar, and he's back to the playful, energetic guy I remember. The best part: he's excited about it, which is making training so much easier! Also, it follows WSAVA guidelines, so you know nutrition and quality are top notch.

My dogs are allergic to chicken. Many, many beef and salmon flavored foods contain a great deal of chicken. True Instinct has no chicken, plenty of protein, and my dogs love the taste.

Exactly as ordered

I have great difficulty finding this dog food anywhere except chewy! Than you chewy!

Hated this food

I ordered this food because my dogs had been eating the cat food and I thought I would get them something different since they were doing this. Only one of my dogs tried this food. She took 2 bites and walked off. Those 2 bites upset her stomach. I ended up giving the bag to one of my neighbors that was having a hard time feeding her dogs. Her dogs liked it and it did not upset their stomachs. I was disappointed they would not eat this food but thankful I did not buy a bigger bag than I did.

Great food

Been feeding my dogs Purina one since they started on solid food, they have great coats, no allergy problems to this food, the vet never suggests another brand. Only complaint is that I wish all the flavors came in a 38+lb bag. Smaller bags don't last long at 6 cups a day
