Purina One Turkey and Venison
I have one chihuahua that is fussy about food. She also has allergies to alot of foods and gets upset stomachs with vomiting. This food she seems to like and her tummy is not all red. She is not itching and licking all of the time. I have three small dogs and they all seem to like this food.
Quality seems to be going downhill
My last bag of this dog food the big meat prices have changed texture from hard jerky like to sponge like... And I've noticed my dog's fur is no longer shinny but dull. Time to find better quality food since it seems the food quality is not what it once was.
Great for a picky pitty!
I have got a 9+ year old pitty that is absolutely one of the most picky eaters. We have to change foods frequently and she normally won’t eat anything unless there is wet food on it, but I tried this on a whim since she stopped eating and she LOVES it. I don’t have to add anything to it, she just gobbles it down. I am noticing that she is drinking more water, possibly due to the salt content of the food, but that’s something I can live with. She seems to be gaining back a bit of her weight, so it seems like this may have some more protein and calories per serving. Again, not a huge deal since she is such a picky eater and her weight fluctuates, but just something to monitor.

My dog is so finicky, most foods she would leave until she has to eat it. This one she actually seems to like. She eats more often and sometimes right after I put it in her bowl! Yay!! It doesn't have to be super expensive to be good!!
halfway satisfied
This food did OK for my labrador, but I fed it to my little American bully and it reeked havoc on her stomach. She was having accidents not being able to hold her poop and it was not a good situation. I switched her back to the chicken and rice, and she is back on track! I would say be very careful with this food, it does not sit well in all doggie tummies.
Good Food for Lucy
My hound beagle mix would not eat dog food - dry or wet. We had adopted her at age 3. I tried this food & she likes it ! My son has a pug / pit bull mix - he loves it too. Nice not to have to cook deer burger for dog all the time.

We HIGHLY Recommend This Purina One Natural True Instincts Because Our Veterinarian Recommended it After our 2 Dogs-( 1 -A 280lb English Mastiff and the other a Schnoodle-) - They Had both been on the SUPER PREDICTABLE IN EVERY VETERINARIAN'S OFFICE FOOD FOR OVER 3 YEARS - And Had Come to the Place They Wouldn't Eat it without adding extra - ( home leftovers) - SO Our Veterinarian HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We Try a Small bag Of This First and It WAS Truly Amazing to Watch them Eat it SO Quickly. B. We Stayed with it for Over 6 Weeks and have Watched Both Dogs Energy Levels Go WAYYY HIGHER AND They OVERALL Just Feel better! C. PLEASE KNOW AHEAD OF TIME - ITS NOT The Cheapest Food on The Purina or Other Dog Foods Products- HOWEVER, AS we all know- REAL INGREDIENTS And in today's Market- And Considering- This Particular Brand HAS NEVER BEEN RECALLED - EVER! allergies and ear infections
I recently changed my flat retriever to this dog food and although he loved it; he was an itchy mess. He itches so much he made a half dollar size sore on himself and when we took him to the vet he had an ear infection. Since the food was the only change; I can only assume it was from the dog food. 2 stars since Chewy was amazing at replacing my lost package and because it seemed to taste good but it left us with a $150 vet bill.. We have now swapped back to the lamb and rice Purina.

This dry dogfood is a a big Yes with my pack!!! It is a perfect solution to the critical beef and chicken situation. My dogs love it!!! Thank-you for a great dogfood!!!!!
Excellent
Only dry food I feed my dogs, due to one of them having severe allergies. Not only has the scratching, licking and chewing stopped but their coats are beautiful and the vet is thrilled with their body mass and weight. I would recommend this dog food to anyone who has a dog with skin issues along with dogs who suffer from allergies.
